Seems like it's trying to cater to hybrids naturally...however http://www.wowhead.com/?item=28111#z0z and the food it creates http://www.wowhead.com/?item=28112 seems to be vastly superior considering it's free and heals double the health.

Yes, very weak. I don't see a point to food like this, only reason would be if you needed mana and HP and food+water didn't stack. It does though, making stuff like this pointless.

I wonder does it count as food or drink though? If it was drink rogues+warriors could use this to get extra HP back while eating. What would make this actually useful would be if it was neither.

Yeah for a food you need to grind a faction starting at level 70 to get, there is no point to this item.

The only redeeming value of these is that they cost 20 copper, otherwise yeah they are extremely weak

This is definitely bugged....It does restore 4k health as well making it useful...Many people never tried it but it helps in skettis a bit.

These seem to have a bug, or an odd thing intended by Blizzard.

When u eat these u get a 30-60 sec "debuff"(its not a debuff, its not visible). But u cant eat another of these for that time, it will only say "You are too full to eat now". This also affects other food(mage water at least) except there is simply says "Item is not ready yet".

Hmm to elaborate on my last comment yes it is bugged the values are not right...If you click the effect you see it triggers 2 effects(with a 1 min cooldown) one for food(4320 over 30 sec) and one for drink(5100 mana over 30 sec).So this food is actually quite useful for 20 copper.I think the cooldown is intended but it may not be and if it is its not really clear why.

This item is fixed in 2.2. It no longer causes a cooldown for eating/drinking, and its purchase price has been increased.

Yea the price on this got nerfed from like a few copper to 36silver for 5..gg blizzard, and it also doesnt properly consume food, it only consumes mana, you gotta click it again to consume the food portion, gg again blizzard *Spits on blizzard*

1. Go to Skettis in Foresta di Terokk.
(OPTIONAL FOR THE RICH ONES: if you have some gold to spend, buy at least 6x Polvere d'Ombra and as much Pergamene Preistoriche as you want - you need 10x for each boss spawn)

2. If you don't have 6x Polvere d'Ombra, then kill Guardia dello Stormo di Skettis, Calcavento di Skettis, Invocatore delle Anime di Skettis, Grinfianite di Skettis, Sacerdote dell'Artiglio Zellek, Sacerdote dell'Artiglio Skizzik, Sacerdote dell'Artiglio Ishaal, Kaliri di Skettis or Razziaforeste
until you get them. If you already have 6x Polvere d'Ombra then go to the next step.

3. Go to Severin and accept the quest Il mondo delle ombre. It will reward you with Elisir delle Ombre, this elixir works for 20 minutes and you can repeat this quest over and over
to get unlimited elixirs. Elisir delle Ombre gives you the possibility to see more creatures in the area: Adoratore Skettis Sfasante, Gran Sacerdote di Skettis Senza Tempo, Razziatore di Skettis Senza Tempo.
These creatures drop Pergamene Preistoriche, it is used to summon mini-boss: Stridente Oscuro Akkarai, Gezzarak la Cacciatrice, Karrog and Vakkiz lo Sfuriavento.

4. Fly in the Skettis area, focus on platforms and after you get 10x Pergamene Preistoriche, you can use them to summon one of the bosses that i've listed above.
You can do it in violet ritual circles, easy to localize, there are few.

5. Repeat previous step until you'll reach Excalted. CONGRATS!
