in the first 2.1.0 PTR Build it had +30 Stam and +20 Spi as Bonus.
But obviously the fishing Community was a bit angry because their Crawdads would be nearyl useless then.
so they changed it in a later PTR Build.

I don`t get it. What point to have professions if Blizz make them worthless? They accept the idea that we have to stay lots of weeks in arena to make a good gear, but not the fact that ppl want to farm lots of weeks ALONE to make a good gear.

And i have one more simple question: why 25 nobs can have better gear than 5 skilled players? I would love to make some really hard 5 man instances with decent drops. And beside that look irl how many projects requires teams made of 25 ppl?

Just to confirm, it is 15/15 stam/spirit now, and the buff only lasts for 15 minutes. This is on live, July 1st.

1. Go to Skettis in Foresta di Terokk.
(OPTIONAL FOR THE RICH ONES: if you have some gold to spend, buy at least 6x Polvere d'Ombra and as much Pergamene Preistoriche as you want - you need 10x for each boss spawn)

2. If you don't have 6x Polvere d'Ombra, then kill Guardia dello Stormo di Skettis, Calcavento di Skettis, Invocatore delle Anime di Skettis, Grinfianite di Skettis, Sacerdote dell'Artiglio Zellek, Sacerdote dell'Artiglio Skizzik, Sacerdote dell'Artiglio Ishaal, Kaliri di Skettis or Razziaforeste
until you get them. If you already have 6x Polvere d'Ombra then go to the next step.

3. Go to Severin and accept the quest Il mondo delle ombre. It will reward you with Elisir delle Ombre, this elixir works for 20 minutes and you can repeat this quest over and over
to get unlimited elixirs. Elisir delle Ombre gives you the possibility to see more creatures in the area: Adoratore Skettis Sfasante, Gran Sacerdote di Skettis Senza Tempo, Razziatore di Skettis Senza Tempo.
These creatures drop Pergamene Preistoriche, it is used to summon mini-boss: Stridente Oscuro Akkarai, Gezzarak la Cacciatrice, Karrog and Vakkiz lo Sfuriavento.

4. Fly in the Skettis area, focus on platforms and after you get 10x Pergamene Preistoriche, you can use them to summon one of the bosses that i've listed above.
You can do it in violet ritual circles, easy to localize, there are few.

5. Repeat previous step until you'll reach Excalted. CONGRATS!
