Obtained by using a Marchio Silente dell'Artigliombra on certain umbraclaw NPCs in the Emerald Dream. So far the only valid target for this item that I've found has been the Frightened Umbraclaws found in the Lushdream Crags area, though I imagine there's a more convenient NPC that I never found. Using the item on an umbraclaw will put a 5 minute Recently Attuned With debuff on them, meaning you'll either have to wait out the debuff or find more owlbears. Once you attune with a certain number of umbraclaws (it seems to be 10+), the Silent Mark will be replaced with this item.

EDIT: This also works on Angered Umbraclaws in the Dreamsurge Basin.

Here's what I did to farm all 4 Silent Mark + Marchio del Sognagufo Dormiente + Campione di Pelliccia di Pelobruno Infuso di Polline forms in 1 sitting:
Marchio Silente dell'Artigliombra -> Marchio dell'Artigliombra Argilloso
Marchio Silente della Fieronirica -> Marchio della Fieronirica Sempreverde
Marchio Silente del Sognartiglio -> Marchio del Sognartiglio Fiorente
Marchio Silente del Cervonirico -> Marchio del Cervonirico Rigoglioso
Piuma di Sognagufo Soffice -> Filo di Piume di Sognagufo -> Marchio del Sognagufo Dormiente
-> Campione di Pelliccia di Pelobruno Infuso di Polline

1st: Fly to /way #2200 63.7 39.1 Pollenfused Bristlebruin Fur Sample and loot on the ground to obtain Campione di Pelliccia di Pelobruno Infuso di Polline.
-You can obviously do this part whenever it's convenient for you ^^. Edit: if you can't see the object on the ground- go to the bottom of this comment.

2nd: Purchase all 4 Silent Mark of the <Name> from Thaelishar Cuorboschetto, which you will use on the various mobs, what mob type is indicated on the marks, until you get the item with the form. It takes many tries and they get a 5min debuff that you need to wait out before you can use an item on the same mob again.
-I didn't count, but it took more or less 10 per mob type like others have reported.

3rd: Assuming you're now at Thaelishar Cuorboschetto (else start with Umbraclaws), fly to /way #2200 55 38 Dreamsabers for the Dreamsabers.
-You can find more if you follow the spawns east-ish from this waypoint, I recommend getting every Dreamsaber that you see without searching too hard...should be easy to find around 6, if you do then you should only need to return one time.

Then fly to /way #2200 47 45 Umbraclaws for the Umbraclaws, return here every 5min.
-There are only 3 Angered Umbraclaws here, if these aren't available and/or if you only need Marchio dell'Artigliombra Argilloso then check other comments for better Umbraclaw spots (user "Oyanum" suggested /way 38 71 in another comment). Also note that it does not work on Verdant/Tamed Umbraclaws and possibly others as of 09 Nov -23...for whatever reason).

While you're waiting for the debuff to fall off the Umbraclaws, go to around /way #2200 52 50 Dreamstags, Dreamtalons and Somnowls and do the same on Dreamstags and Dreamtalons and here you can also cast Letargo on Somnowls then right click them to loot 1 Piuma di Sognagufo Soffice.
-You need Piuma di Sognagufo Soffice x5, then you can combine them with Filo di Seta (found on tailor vendors or the AH) to get Filo di Piume di Sognagufo which can then be combined with Scorzatorta Runica (must be rank3) for Marchio del Sognagufo Dormiente).

As said previously, after 5min go back to the Umbraclaws then the Dreamsabers, then whatever you have left of the rest and repeat until you got everything.

Edit: Apparently there is a phasing issue due to quest states with , I.E. if you've completed a certain quest(s) you won't be able to see or interact with the object on the ground that contains Campione di Pelliccia di Pelobruno Infuso di Polline.

Potential solutions others have reported:
* Getting invited to a party by someone who didn't complete the quest(s) yet and using the party sync feature may get the object on the ground to appear, assuming you're able get phased to the correct quest state this way. They can be any class as long as you are a Druid.
* You can get it on a Druid alt that is level 60 or above without having to progress anything in the Dragon Isles.
(I can confirm that all forms I have, including this one, are account wide...as an old level 30 Druid of mine has access to them without doing anything.)

Several commentors report that the latter works with class trial Druids as well: get a Mage portal to- or complete the Dragon Isles intro quest then fly to- Valdrakken. You should then be able to use the Emerald Dream portal (located above the bank)...if not then try talking to Alexstrasza first. Also use the item that skips the intro quest to the Emerald Dream if/when you get it.

The cooldown debuff seems to reset if you get into combat and then get out of combat with them.
Easiest way to do this is to use flightform(if you have the pathfinder achievement done) fly into the mob and fly up to drop combat.

Trick i figured out almost at the end of getting all 4 of these. If you aggro the mobs and then drop combat, the 5 minutes waiting buff clears off and you can just recast on them. For umberclaws, super easy to just use flight form to annoy it and fly away and just get everything off one. For the neutrals I activated barkskin with pulsing thorn dmg in my guardian spec, flew by all of them after the first round of using the items, then flew away and reset them all. Easy Peasy.

I received mine by using the mark on a silvercrest elder elite mob around /way 38.87 67.09. I'm not sure if there is a better chance to obtain from the elite or I was just lucky. I had used it on several umbraclaws in the area first before I found the elder.
