These are obtained by using the druid talent Hibernate on neutral/hostile Somnowls found throughout the Emerald Dream. Combining 5 of them with a Filo di Seta, and then combining that item with a rank 3 Scorzatorta Runica will give you a Marchio del Sognagufo Dormiente, unlocking the flight form in the barbershop.

Somnowls that have been plucked will get the debuff Spiumato di Recente, and will be unable to be harvested for five minutes.

Best location is Sorreldown Somnowls at (53, 80), which is due south of the final L in Amirdrassil on the map. There are about 8 of them in one small spot.

These can be plucked midair in flight form.
So when you see some owl flying around, look for a spot nearby to cast Hibernate on them, then pluck them in flight form. Found few of them flying around Amirdrassil.
Atleast i wasn't able to pluck them when i pulled them down via moonfire first

I looted two of them now when I use hibernate I don't have the option to pluck them anymore, anyone else had this issue?

If you are like me and wondering why you cant loot the feathers, apparently using hibernate through a macro doesnt allow the action. I used my mouseover and i couldnt click, i moved the ability from my spellbook onto my bars and that worked. Tested with both no macro and macro, macro fails to collect everytime.

Je n'ai réussi à les obtenir uniquement sur les "somnichouette duvet-d'oseille".
I got the feathers only from Sorreldown Somnowl, none of the others owls worked for me. Just use "Hibernate" talent on one, click to collect a feather then go to the next owl for 5 feathers.
