This is one of 3 new Engineering Profession Knowledge items in 10.2.

Insonniatron is inside a cave on an island off the south coast of the zone.
Acchiappasogni Sperimentale is sitting in a circular tree branch high off the ground.
Batteria Non Schiusa is sitting in a nest on the east side of the zone.

The Hidden Quest ID is 78281 so you can check to see if you've already looted it by running the following command.

/run print(C_QuestLog.IsQuestFlaggedCompleted(78281))

If it returns true, you've looted it. If it returns false you have not.

Unique to this Profession Knowledge item is the 3 day duration. If you wait out the 3 days it will turn into Batteria Esaurita instead. Still gives Profession Knowledge but some Blizzard dev decided to have fun with this one.
