I did not get the Dilated Time Capsule or Soridormi reputation from this.

This appears to be once per account (per week?)? I grabbed this quest on my Warrior and it was listed as a reward. However I ended up missing out on finishing it because I had to leave and later came back to a different rift on my Rogue and finished this quest and looted this item. Then when going back to my Warrior the quest was gone and isn't available anywhere now.

I never got the Dilated Time Capsule from the chest either. But further... IT HAS to be bugged. It can not possibly be once per account per week. Especially with this expansion and patch especially being so alt friendly. No blue has said anything. Nowhere anything said officially.

I only got 1000 reputation with Soridormi and didn’t even get the Dilated Time Capsule.

The Imprevedibilità Contenuta dropped for both for my first toon of the day and 3 hours (& 3 Alts on the same account) later a second one dropped for an Alt toon.
It appears that Imprevedibilità Contenuta is a random drop at the conclusion of rift events.

It contained both a Formazione Imprevedibile and a Lettera di Encomio di Soridormi. (Note that both are BoA)

The Imprevedibilità Contenuta i got today contained both a Formazione Imprevedibile and Lettera di Encomio di Soridormi. I used both and got the rep with Soridormi, but diden't receive 1000 paracausal flakes.

This quest is still account-bound as of Awakened Aberrus week.
~~This will contain a Scrigno delle Braci during the relevant Awakened week (Aberrus).~~

Cache of Embers was changed to be rewarded from the FIRST Time Rift of the week, where you receive the Recipiente degli Eoni Dilatato. It appears looting a Cache of Embers is tied to receiving that item.
