They can also be sold on the AH.

The Wrathion quartermaster is Atticus Belle found at 26, 62 in The Waking Shores. He does not have a blue question mark over his head, however you can turn in Sargha's Signet using a chat dialogue.

for rapid turn in on quartermaster without having an addon or WA, go to WoW Options, toggle on interact with keybind and bind a key to said function.
now get close to quatermaster, hit interaction keybind and position cursor on chat dialog for turning in Sigillo di Sargha, do a left click.
from here (without moving cursor away) you can hit 1x interaction keybing then 1x left click on repeat.

I can't interact with either of the quartermaster :( Has anyone found a solution? I tired disabling all my addons and nothing.

It's important to note, that you won't see any of these drop unless you've picked your allegiance with Wrathion for the week.

You are required to finish the campaign for the Waking Shores ending with a Risveglio della speranza.

The name of this (and of Marchio di Sargha) is probably a reference to the reputation items needed way back in TBC for the Scryers and the Aldor - The Scryers took Signets from you (Anello con Sigillo di Alardente and Anello con Sigillo dei Furia del Sole) and the Aldor Marks (Contrassegno di Kil'jaeden and Contrassegno di Sargeras). Luckily this time, we don't have to decide between either faction :)

You can turn this to Lerana Belle at the Obsidia Throne as well.

Once you hit True Friend with Wrathion, these award nothing when turned in. They are auctionable, however.

Is this affected by the WHEE! buff from the Darkmoon Faire roller coaster or merry go-round?

1 Rank Acquaintance --> 6 Rank True Friend
you will need 840x Sargha's Signet to reach rank 6 without dailies etc

you can buy those from the AH , don't need to farm them
