Mark of Sargha drop at a relatively low rate from Djaradin mobs around Obsidian citadel. They are redeemable for reputation from either Sabellian OR Wrathion's quartermaster. Selecting to support Wrathion prevents you from turning them into Sabellian's quartermaster in the same week and vice versa for supporting Sabellian.

You can however give both Wrathion and Sabellian Chiave d'Ossidiana Ripristinata for reputation regardless of who you allied to for the week.

These can be turned into Xaldrass next to Sabellian in Obsidian Citadel for 50 reputation each or in stacks of 10.

Alternatively they can be turned into Atticus Belle next to Wrathion for the same amount of reputation of 50/500.

the turn in option has bugged twice on me this week. suddenly the npcs wont give me an option to turn them in anymore, and i cant even view the rep rewards. i have reloaded and relogged and rezoned multiple times.

The name of this (and of Sigillo di Sargha) is probably a reference to the reputation items needed way back in TBC for the Scryers and the Aldor - The Scryers took Signets from you (Anello con Sigillo di Alardente and Anello con Sigillo dei Furia del Sole) and the Aldor Marks (Contrassegno di Kil'jaeden and Contrassegno di Sargeras). Luckily this time, we don't have to decide between either faction :)

Something to note: this works exactly like the other rep items in the game (Centaur Hunting Trophy, Titan Relic, etc.) that you turn into an NPC for some reputation with the associated faction. You can earn and turn in these independently of which dragon you chose to follow each week.

One very important distinction I just noticed (after I capped rep) is that these are not soulbound. You can mail them to alts once you reach maximum reputation to speed up their faction gains.

Just out of curiosity, for those having issues turning these in, are you trying to turn them in to the correct NPC? I just noticed that I was trying to turn them in to Exadria, who is very prominent, standing next to Sabellian. I didn't even see the NPC who I was actually supposed to be turning the item in to, who is behind Exadria and kind of in the shadows. It's misleading to the eye which NPC you need to turn these in to and if you look past and behind Exadria, you'll see Xaldrass, the real NPC you need to turn these in to to get the rep credit.

I have not been able to turn these objects into the quartermasters. Is there a quest I have to unlock first? Rep I have to gain? I'm so lost.
