Bacio Divino di Ohn'ahra is a secret mount obtaining from completing the quest: Il sussurro della brezza

First you'll need to gain access to the npc Godoloto.
To do this, complete the questline starting with Circospezione /way #2023 56.2 75.8 Initiate Radiya.
Questline can be done while leveling.

To unlock Il sussurro della brezza you'll need to pick up 3x Soffio Rubato di Ohn'ahra that drop from the last boss in Nokhud Offensive Khan Balakar.
It seems to drop at ANY renown level with Centauri Maruuk on live, however a higher renown lvl might increase the dropchances. Can be looted on any difficulty as well.

Also you'll need renown 25 with the Centauri Maruuk & completed the questline for Redini di Lizi

Once you've done that, and have the 3x Soffio Rubato di Ohn'ahra, you want to head to Godoloto, and you'll be able to pick up Il sussurro della brezza.
The quest requires you to bring a couple of items:

3x Soffio Rubato di Ohn'ahra, that you've already obtained.

a Tier 3 Incenso Gioioso. This can be crafted by an Alchemist with 22 renown with the Centauri Maruuk, as they need to get Ricetta: Incenso Gioioso. You'll need 50 Alchemy to learn the recipé, however to get a guaranteed tier 3 Incenso Gioioso you'll need about a 250 skill in incenses as well. The Incenso Gioioso is thankfully BoE, so you can get this from other players, from the auction house etc.

Essenza del Risveglio is the last item needed. This is unlocked at renown 7 with Centauri Maruuk, and can be purchased from Quartiermastro Huseng for 1xSabbia Occasionale & 50xRifornimenti delle Isole dei Draghi.
Sabbia Occasionale drops from Time-Lost mobs in Thaldrazsus at about 5-10% dropchance. /way 60.0 82.0
Be careful not to click the Essenza del Risveglio as it will disappear from your bags and you'll have to get a new.

Once you've aquired all the items, head to Ohn'ahra /way 57.59 31.92. to turn in the quest and recieve your new bird transform mount Bacio Divino di Ohn'ahra.

As a happy owner of this mount on live - and with the help of the WoW Secret Finding discord, we do think that we found the requirements:
1) The three items that were required on beta: 1x Essenza del Risveglio, 1x Incenso Gioioso (max quality), 3x Soffio Rubato di Ohn'ahra
2) Renown 25 with Maruuk Centaurs
3) Redini di Lizi, obtainable by finishing the 5 daylies with Iniziata Radiya (unlocked at renown 9).

Can anyone confirm that they didn't have the quest showing up on Godoloto (/way 56.46 73.28) with max renown but unlocked it by finishing Lizi?

Just got the mount. To be clear, this is not a dragon riding mount, but a regular flying mount. It cannot fly in The Dragon Isles as of this date. Was hoping I'd be swooping around in dragonflying mode but nope. :( Also, of note, I had 25 renown with Maruuk.

One cool thing tho -- the mount will carry my staff in it's talons. It's fantastic. Maybe a bug, but happens from time to time and looks really cool.

Just got this one today, what I find dissapointing is that the model on the mount journal is not the same as the one you transform into. Don't get it wrong I like it, but I feel a bit fooled not getting a ghost look on it but instead the model shown in the screenshot on this page.

Some facts for that mount:
- You cant carry partymembers
- It has no mountspecial as of now
EDIT 1: If you use the Toy "Professor Chirpsnide`s Im-PECK-able Harpy Disguise" and then use the mount you have a chefs hat on the head of your mount.

Nvm after looking into it, it seems that Stolen breath of Ohn'ahra will confuse u saying its unique (3) meaning you need 3 of them but unique (3) is only one.

Just got done grinding this mount out myself, figured I'd do my part to help clear up some misconceptions about its acquisition. I had to make an account for this and have no idea how syntax works on here, so forgive me for the lack of formatting.

First of all, by Renown 22, I had gotten all of the items required for the quest, went over to Godolotto, no quest. Had 3x breaths, one rank 3 incense, and an essence of awakening. I had also done the Lizi's reins quest to completion by that point.

Upon reaching Renown 25, there was still no quest. I was more than a little frustrated and panicky over this, so rather than being scientific about it, I did the following things: I went to Maruukai and finished every single one of the quest unlocks between Renown 22 and 25, including the quest that gives you the Khansguard title, then went back to Valdrakken and bought a tier 1 and tier 2 incense, thinking maybe I had the wrong tier somehow. I also bought Hoofhelper from the renown vendor, just because.

After doing all of this, I went back to Godolotto and the quest was available. I have absolutely no idea which part of all that stuff I just did that made it available; if I had to guess I'd assume it was getting the Khansguard title that unlocked it. But yeah, I hope maybe that can be of help to someone else who is in the rather frustrating position of having hit R25 and still got this quest not turning up for them.

EDIT: Confirmed by Alathuma's comment further down; you have to do the turn-ins at Maruukai and get the Khansguard title. That's what unlocks the quest! Also, as mentioned by some other people, the mount has no /mountspecial (usually done via pressing spacebar) at present, and also cannot carry other people, which kind of sucks. Still very very cool though.

Okey, so i was renown 25, had lizi mount, all the items u need and it did not work! There was no quest, then i read that someone had bought the pet u get as a reward, and i had not dont that!
So i get the pet, and tada, the quest is there now for me !

Just as others have confirmed, there's no /mountspecial. However, I have noticed that it does have a "talking" animation. So, when you type /talk or /silly or other emotes that would trigger the standard talking animation, the bird will sort of flap its wings and squawk like it's talking. This is also triggered when you interact with NPCs while mounted. I just thought that was kind of cool! I'm trying to figure out if it has any other animations.

I finally got it after trying to keep it a secret from my guild, and wanted to show it off by asking one of them to hop on, buuut they can't. For some reason it isn't a passenger mount like you think it'd be, given the circumstance of how the Sandstone Drake is.
Essentially I ruined my sleep schedule for nothing, or at least not what I hoped for.
They still thought it looked cool though.

Interesting tidbit I thought I'd add. This is a transformation mount, not unlike the sandstone drake. It is not a passenger mount.

What I find to be unique is that, while it doesn't have a *spacebar emote*, it DOES have a /say emote. If you chat while transformed, it will let out an audible squawk.

I just completed this quest and here are my takeaways:

I went to Ohn'Iri Springs to talk to Godoloto where he was perched without all my items (it was in the bank) as I was questing when I hit Renown 25 thinking I can just pick up the quest, but the quest did not show up. No No No. If you're close, make sure you have the items with you and save yourself a trip.

Just like everything in the Plains quests, all items it seems MUST BE IN YOUR BACKPACK!

An interesting interaction I noticed with this mount is that on druid, if using the Glyph of Stars to make your Moonkin Form appear as Astral Form, the mount takes on the Astral Form too and keeps the blue translucent appearance. Not sure if intended, but it looks cool!

I have done EVERYTHING the comments say, followed video(s) guides also and completed all the quests in Ohn'ahran Plains, that was recommended and I have ALL the items required to hand into the Bird, but she will just NOT offer me the quest...

Has anyone done the Lizi chain on a character other than the one your trying to claim the mount on? I have 25 renown and the 3 different items, but I did the lizi chain on a different character and it will not let me talk to godoloto.

I was wondering why Ohn'ahra would not give me any option, despite having everything in my inventory, and the description of Handynotes in the map wasn't saying anything aside from collect these and turn them to Ohn'ahra. Apprently there's another bird called Godoloto which will give you a quest once you have everything, he was at 56.5 73.3 near Ohn'iri Springs, take the quest and now you can interact with Ohn'ahra.

Okay, To all those who don't see the quest reward and have met all the conditions, ALL you have to do is go to Maruukai and accept What quest rewards you have left. (I'm sure theres one specific quest that enables the bird giving the quest, I just didn't bother testing). By Quest rewards, i refer to the reward quests you get for reaching a certain rep level and they give you something like a horn, or drake manuscript. Hopefully thid helped and you all get your birds!

Can confirm that it is possible to split progression between toons.

I completed the Lizi quest on my main, but was not renown 25. However, was able to hit renown 25 on an alt, and was able to get the mount on that character.

Ohnara spawned at the roost after completing two Nokhud Offensive dungeon quests on the said alt.

Just got mine today, which in turn lead me to discover that if you're a skinner and you skin something before you transform... you will turn into a bird holding a knife.

EDIT: A little over a month later, and I have just discovered that if you're doing Time Rifts and an alternate you shows up, your alternate self will also be transformed if you engaged while transformed. However, alternate you WILL NOT untransform for the fight itself, which makes it look like alternate you actually is a bird! (And I had the Birdwatcher title on, which made the fight even more hilarious.)

unsure if it's just me, but it has a weird swimming animation when strafing? and the way it sometimes ends up holding my warglaives is hilarious

Un guildoux qui n'arriver pas a avoir la monture car il avait fait la quête mais le pnj de fin n'apparaissait pas pour le rendre et avait fait tout les pre requis a envoyée une requête ne comprenant pas le probleme et il s'avère que comme les souffles sont liée au compte il les avait envoyer sur un reroll qui avait les 25 de renom mais n'avait jamais fait le donjon de Nokhud sur le dit perso et a priori c'est cela qui bloquer il faut ABSOLUEMENT avoir fait au moins une fois le donjon pour avoir acces au pnj a qui rendre la quete meme si vous transferer les souffles depuis un autre perso et que vous avait tout les autre prerequis et faire le donjon sur d'autre personnage.

After you have the items, after you have Lizi as your mount and the 5 days of quests, you can then go to Godoloto, who is standing at 56.44 73.31. There will be no quest mark over her head but don't give up! If you click on her, she will give you the quest "A Whispering Breeze" and you can finally collect the mount!

Combine the mount with the toy Pergamena degli Eoni will make you look like Ohn'ahra herself!
Another combination found: using the toy Orologio da Tasca dell'Investi-gatore will make you look golden

If you use Reflecting Prism on a party member in this mount form, you will gain the Ohnara form for 5 minutes.

You can fight in this form and your Ohnara appearance will appear with your melee weapon being held at the feet while auto-attacking
