Will this drop every week of the extended Legion timewalking, meaning we can accumulate 2k badges easily for the new mount/toys?

This does not drop from Legion M+ Timewalking. Only in regular Timewalking dungeons.

I was silly and grinding Legion M+ and it never dropped. Tried one random Timewalking dungeon (Legion), and it dropped at the last boss for the first run.

You can repeat this each week of the month-long Legion Timewalking event, but it might take a couple of runs before you get the drop. They're working out the kinks I guess.

Since this week Legion TW and BC TW are both active I got a Cristallo della Vilfiamma Sussurrante and a Fiala Turbinante Fuoritempo from the last boss of my first BC TW dungeon this week.

Where to turn in the Cristallo della Vilfiamma Sussurrante?

Since the Crystal is a reward from completing at least one Legion Time-walking dungeon, the turn-in is in Dalaran — the one relocated over the Broken Isles. Do it immediately because the Crystal can only be turned in during a week when Legion Time-walking is up.

In Dalaran the timewalking vendor is located on Krasus Landing (a large round raised platform). It’s marked on the map with the icon of a helm. To return to Stormwind or Orgrimmar, take the portal in your faction's ensclave — or hearth out.

To get to Dalaran:

Use the purple Dalaran hearthstone from Legion. (Sadly this now a Toy and can only be placed on an action bar. Can no longer be left in knapsack.)
OR
Go to the portal room in Stormwind or Orgrimmar and take the Portal to Aszuna in the Broken Isles. There is a separate portal to Dalaran, Crystalsong Forest. That takes you to Northrend — don’t use that one.

In Aszuna you'll arrive in a ruined temple at 48.8, 41.4. You can fly directly up to Dalaran. If you can't fly, go to the nearby Illidari Stand flight point (44.6, 43.8).

To get to the Illidari Stand flight point, turn left as you leave the ruined temple, then walk around the temple wall for a short distance. You'll see water spilling over the wall of a pond. Continue up the nearby bank, then look for a road going downhill. Check the mini map for the winged boot marking the flight point or a green exclamation mark for an undiscovered flight point.

Got this today after reset and it said "You don't meet the requirements for this quest."
I deleted the item and haven't gotten another.
Any ideas?

This can drop in Mythic+ runs of Neltharion's Lair in Season Two of Dragon Flight during any Time Walking week.
I have gotten 3 so far.
If you haven't done any Legion Time Walking and have this in your bags, that is probably why.
