Just like the Prisma Gelido Fuoritempo (the Lich King Timewalking equivalent), it's to be assumed that this one drops off of the final boss in your first BC Timewalking dungeon during each Burning Crusade Timewalking period. This one will also give you 500 badges.

Quests
Maximum earnable: 500 Distintivo Fuoritempos per timewalking week

There is a weekly quest associated with each Timewalking event. This quest is started by an item dropped by the last boss in the first Timewalking dungeon you complete during the event, and rewards 500 badges.
Some further notes:

Once one of these items has been looted by a character, they WILL NOT drop again for the remainder of the week for that character (even if you don't turn in the quest right away) - if you delete it you won't get another!
This quest can be completed once per Timewalking event PER CHARACTER. This means you can do this on alts to get an easy 500 badges (plus however many for the single dungeon) and save up for items you are wanting.

You cannot transfer the badges, but your alts will have to spend what they have earned. That being said, toys, mounts and heirlooms are account bound, and the commendation reputation tokens (e.g. Encomio degli Sha'tar) as well as some other vanity items (e.g. Zanna di Musofrigno) are BoA and can be mailed to other characters.
Dungeons can be run until the end of the event on Monday night. The event vendors (who are also the quest turn-in NPCs) remain accessible for an additional 24 hours, and they disappear on Tuesday nights following the event.
Dungeons
Maximum earnable: Unlimited Distintivo Fuoritempos per timewalking week (30-40 per dungeon)

Dungeons are repeatable over and over to earn Timewalking badges. These can be completed from the start of the event on a Wednesday through to the completion of the event on Monday.
Note that the following level requirements exist to do a Timewalking dungeon:

Burning Crusade Timewalking: Level 71+
Wrath of the Lich King Timewalking: Level 81+
Cataclysm Timewalking: Level 86+

SPENDING Distintivo Fuoritempos

During different Timewalking events (Burning Crusade, Wrath of the Lich King, and Cataclysm) specific Timewalking vendors are available with unique items. This means that certain items are available from only one vendor, and the vendors from other Timewalking events will not carry them!

An important thing to note is that each vendor is available ONLY during the corresponding event. For example, Cupri is only available during the week of the Burning Crusade Timewalking event, and will not be available during the Wrath of the Lich King and Cataclysm Timewalking events. Each vendor will be available from the beginning of the event until 24 hours AFTER it is finished (in case you like to make last minute purchases).

The items available for Distintivo Fuoritempos include mounts, toys, and various vanity/utility items, as well as Timewarped gear. The gear is unique, in that it will scale to the level of the character that buys it.
It should be noted that the scaling is ONLY when the item is purchased - as such, the item is stuck at the level at which it was purchased (e.g. If you purchase Lama Focalizzante del Veggente at level 76, the item will retain stats scaled to level 76, even if that character levels to 77 or higher).

While the individual gear list is too extensive to include below, each slot has a set price, as in the chart below.
Gear from certain slots are available from specific vendors but not from others (e.g. helms are only available from Cupri during Burning Crusade Timewalking, and they are not available during Wrath of the Lich King Timewalking). The exception to this are trinkets, which are available during multiple events.

Somehow I've gotten 5 of these in my mailbox. I've tried to delete and says can't delete the item. Can't put in bag either because it says I can't carry anymore of them. Says they are recovered Items. See screen shot.

sadly those drop rates dont lie, it is in fact entirely possible to do your garrison event quest and NOT get one of these at all. Tonight was the first time since timewalking was released that i failed to get one

I have five swirling timewarped vials. I used one to complete the quest. Should I just get rid of all the others?

If you get multiple vials sent by mail, but can't take them out of the mailbox, it means that you got one from the previous event sitting in your bank. The item itself is unique and thus only one vial is allowed in your inventory.

When killing timewalking boss, the game checks if you already completed the weekly quest La fiala turbinante and if this returns "false". The game will make the loot available for you. If an item of rare quality or higher (as well as some specific quest items) are not looted, they are automatically sent via mail to that character. This will happen for every timewalking endboss kill and thus flood your mailbox.

Solution: Got you are bank, open all bags and enter "vial" into the searchfield of your first backpack. This will hilight the item. Delete the item. Now you will be able to take out one vial from the mail. Repeat until you have only one vial left. Start the quest from the vile and hand it in.

Can only be turned in during the event because the NPC Cupri is only available for turn in during the event. I had 1 in my bag and it kept "resetting" and I would forget to go turn it in. The next day the quest was gone from my log and the item had the ! again. Was driving me nuts.

Hi all

After you will finish One of Timewalking Event for TBC you will get Fiala Turbinante Fuoritempo with is starting quest La fiala turbinante ( drop is not 100%). Now you need to go to see Cupri in Shattrath City 54 39. Reward is 500 Distintivo Fuoritempo. This Item is droping only on Timewalking Event for TBC last boss.

Not sure when this was changed, but the quest auto-completed when I got the vial at the end of my first tw for the week. I didn't need to go to the vendor to hand it in.

As of 9.1.5 this dropped for me during the last week of extended Evento bonus: Viaggi nel Tempo from the last boss of Legion dungeon Segrete delle Custodi, since it is overlapping with the usual Evento bonus: Viaggi nel Tempo. I suppose no 2x 500 Distintivo Fuoritempos per level 50+ characters then, or at least until it is fixed. Needless to say, I did the Legion dungeon quest the previous week.

Use WARMODE ON to get more exp for this quest. Just got 12.250 instead of the usual 9.000 xp

I got this from the timewalking event, but when I clicked on it it said "You don't meet the requirements for that quest." Any ideas why that might be?
I am a level 70 Warlock.
