To be able to see the treasure you need to get Note dell'Armaiolo Nokhud. I got it from Zaino dell'Esploratore della Spedizione. Chance is low (it was my 50th+ pack for sure)
Use the notes and the treasure's location will be marked on your map. If it isn't - enter Ohn'ahran Plains, the mark should appear. It's in the Nokhud hold next to the furnaces.

Note dell'Armaiolo Nokhud has a low chance to drop from Zaino dell'Esploratore della Spedizione or Terra Smossa
which are placed all around dragon isles, you can see them on the minimap after you get
renown 2 and 5 with Spedizione delle Scaglie di Drago, it may take from 50 to 100 attempts to get the notes.
To dig Terra Smossa you'll need Badile della Spedizione Piccolo
which you can buy from Ricognitore Jeb
Using Note dell'Armaiolo Nokhud will mark the Lancia da Guerra Nokhud treasure in Pianure di Ohn'ahra when you enter the zone
Lancia da Guerra Nokhud is a part of Tesori delle Pianure di Ohn'ahra achievement

There's a lot of information posted here, but it doesn't say what you really need imo.

Once you use the map you'll see a Chest on the zone map, but you have to be in the zone to see it.

You get nothing for the treasure other than the treasure itself (so no rep). So if you don't need it on your toon it's worthless other than the gold you vendor it for.

The Nohud Armorer's Notes also drops from The Chest of Elements after completing the Trial of the Elements.

As of April 16, 2023, for anyone still having trouble finding maps, you may be having the same issue I was having, which no one else seems to have mentioned.

TLDR: Ensure that the character that originally looted Borsa di Rifornimenti delle Isole dei Draghi has reached Dragonscale Expedition Renown 21.

You can check if the quest was completed on a specific character by running this script:

The Rest: I swapped mains early on in the expansion, I started off as a Demon Hunter, then ended up switching to Evoker midway through Normal Vault of the Incarnates. Fast forward a few months and I'd been max renown on my Evoker for a long time, had looted hundreds and hundreds of dirt piles and expedition packs and had never seen a single map drop. Then I learned that Borsa di Rifornimenti delle Isole dei Draghi is only usable once per account, but the effects of looting maps are supposed to be account-wide, so there isn't supposed to be a problem.

However, my Evoker had never completed it, my old Demon Hunter had. So I decided to test out a theory and levelled my Demon Hunters Dragonscale Expedition Renown to 21. Immediately after reaching Renown 21 on my Demon Hunter, I swapped to my Evoker and 2 Chests, 2 Packs and 13 Dirts later, I looted Note dell'Esploratore dei Giardini di Smeraldo from a Terra Smossa in Ohn'ahran Plains.

I found this in Dracthyr Supply Chest in Stormshroud Peak. 48.46, 75.97. These and the other notes can be found out of their zones.
