Oh look, another raid release balanced around Methods and Limits of this world instead of typical player. My guild does not have 8 spriests / locks nor do we even intend to have so many, we also have a decent handful of melee. Guess we can forget progressing this raid. Cool content there Blizz. Heroic died in 3 pulls combined, mythic is impossible... What are we supposed to occupy ourselves with until 8.2? Definitely not hopeless wipefests with 50k per night tax on consumables.
It's time for a class/spec limit on raid encounters. There is no way to balance raids for WF guilds that have every spec available to every player and everyone else. I really hate the meta of repeatedly nerfing bosses until they are killable by the xth percentile.. it just feel like charity kill when it gets to that point.
Hahaha what a joke raid. Melee are always a burden and the viable strat is to always stack ranged classes. No wonder game is dying, they design content with 2 Guilds in mind instead of the playerbase. Class balance team is killing it.
Damn if you do, damn if you don't. If the raid is tuned ok, it's going to be cleared day one and people will complain it's too easy. Tune it hard and people complain that is not cleared day one.Can we wait one week before judging this raid?
Guys relax, it's most likely overtuned so that blizz can nerf it when all regions have it unlocked, it wouldn't be a world's first race if it's completed before it unlocked everywhere
I'm pretty sure they low key overtune at least one boss to help balance out the "headstart" that NA gets. Of course they'd never admit it.
Raider IO, wowprogress, and warcraftlogs showing the guild, Pieces, defeated the first boss for CoS on mythic.
Pieces already killed it. Not overtuned.
No guild can clear raid day 1 = Overtuned! Guilds can clear raid day 1 = Undertuned!
