Welcome to the first edition of our Weekend Content Suggestions series! Every Tuesday we highlight new weekly content in
Battle for Azeroth
, but based on recent survey feedback, many of our readers want reminders about tried-and-true content from older expansions that's fun to complete, separate from character progression or competitive content.
Here you will find spotlights on content from older expansions in WoW, perfect to work on over an uninterrupted stretch of time over the weekend. We'll theme the content based around recent WoW anniversaries, but if you have any suggestions as to good weekend

Legion Class Mounts
Patch 7.2 in
Legion
introduced a quest chain culminating in a special class mount, as well as some additional mount tints, pets, and toys for several classes. To unlock your class mount you have to:
Unlock the Broken Shore via

Hailing to the far north of Eversong Woods, the

is a daily quest zone. With the

and led by the Naaru, unveil the final chapter of the plight of both the Draenei and the Blood Elves: Purge the evil from the ancient Sunwell.
The Shattered Sun Offensive is

's operations in the

. It comprises combined forces of

Veggenti
and led by the naaru. Players can participate in daily quests for the faction to aid in thwarting Kael'thas's efforts in
, and contributes towards unlocking various NPC conveniences and unlocks access to various vendor rewards.
Reputation through
Exalted
with the Shattered Sun Offensive can be gained via doing specific quests as well as by running the 5-man dungeon
which drops fun items like
Zampalesta Bianco
,

. It yields roughly 2800 reputation on Heroic.
Hitting exalted grants

On the Isle of Quel'Danas you will find entrances to two instances:
Magister's Terrace:
Kael'thas Solealto
survived the defeat at the

, thanks to the efforts of
Sacerdotessa Delrissa
, and has come back to reinvigorate the Sunwell. Not to quench his people's thirst for mana, as promised, but with a far more sinister objective: Unleash the might of the Burning Legion on Azeroth by summoning his new master, Kil'jaeden. Inside the
Terrazza dei Magisteri
, Kael'thas has taken on a new appearance: His skin is now a sickly green color, and he has a fel crystal impaled on his chest.
