Totem della Tempesta Furente is the 7.2 class hall mount for Sciamano.

There is the unique mount for each class going to be added in 7.2. There are some info:

To obtain a mount you have to finish a quest chain, different for each class (difficulty also different).
Each one counts for mounts counter, so you'll get 12 mounts total if finish all classes quest chains.
There are different colors depend from your current spec.
You have to earn Ricognizione delle Isole Disperse, Parte Due achievement to unlock the quest chains. Seems, you unlock quests chain for every char on your account as earn that.
There are a list of class hall mounts and scenarios you have to finish to obtain them.

This is how I obtained the Tempesta Furente del Chiaroveggente as an Enhance Shammy.

Once you have achieved the Penetrare nella tomba by completing the BrokenShore Questline.
Sulle ali del vento will pop up at Deliverance Point on the broken shore /way 44.7, 61.7

Sulle ali del vento has you talk to Consigliere Celestos in the class hall which then provides you the Tempesta incombente quest/scenario.

In which will have you defeat three bosses Anshal Nezir Rohash
Be sure to interrupt them as much as possible.
Once they are dead it will have you take a whirlwind towards Tuonelaar in which you will need to listen to his speech
After that he will send you back to the class hall in which a short cinematic will appear giving you the Tempesta Furente del Chiaroveggente mount.

***CLASS MOUNTS AND ALTS OF THE SAME CLASS***

In case you are wondering... if you have a lower level alt of the same class, you WILL be able to use the class mount across ALL alts of that class.

My level 70 rogue can use the class raven that I earned on my level 110 rogue.

Quest line for the class mount Tempesta Furente del Chiaroveggente starts at Orono on Broken Shore after completing Penetrare nella tomba with a Shaman.

Sulle ali del vento - go to your order hall
Tempesta incombente - talk to Consigliere Celestos to start the scenario
Defeat Anshal (interrupt his Onda Guaritrice), Nezir and Rohash
Step on one of the little whirls to start the dialogue.

Tempesta Furente del Chiaroveggente will be added to your mount collection automatically.
Its color depends on your specialization:
Elemental: fire/red, Enhancement: air/white, Restoration: water/blue

I couldn't believe how easy the scenario was for this one. Beat 3 bosses in the throne of winds. They were easy. I did it as a resto shammy with moderate gear (mostly from broken isles).
Each one was really just a case of stay out of the fairly easily avoidable stuff and wear him down with my weak healer spec offensive abilities. After doing far more difficult scenarios for class mounts on other alts I couldn't get over how easy this one is. It really is just stay out of bad stuff. One of them (the one on the left when you start) I didn't even have to move. All the damage he was throwing out was short range so I just stayed at long range and wore him down with my attacks. I'm not sure if it's harder playing as elemental or enhancement spec.

You don't need to be Exalted with the Armies of Legionfall to get your class mount.
I got my quest on the broken shore while being Revered, after finishing Breaching the Tomb and both Pathfinder achievements.

The below is accurate for anyone who is completing this on an alt. You do not need to do any zones/reputations/quests to get this to work. This presumes that:
You have completed Legion questlines/required content on a main previously.
You have taken & skipped the questline to get to Dalaran from Orgrimmar/Stormwind.
You got into your Class Hall.

Since I did not find updated information for completing this on an alt easily, here is what I found, accurate as of the moment the changes were made to open all appearances to alts if a main completed the requirements in Legion (so 2023 and onwards, for sure):

Complete Uniting The Isles @ Khadgar in Dalaran - again, it is not required to have any reputation or do any pre-requisites. Go to Violet Citadel, take and turn in the quest instantly. You will need this to get WQs to do for your Class Hall campaign. You can do this at any point once you enter Dalaran.
Finish A Glorious Campaign achievement (your Class Hall campaign) - it takes roughly a couple of days, depending on your effort, but does have some timed missions you will have to do. Note that you can focus on the CLASS Campaign rather than the ARTIFACT Campaign - check your quest log to see where the quests fall if you are unsure. You will need to do the initial weapon quest and maybe a couple to set up your hall, but you don't have to get any reputation or go to any Legion zones to quest. I'd recommend doing all the artifacts for every spec just to have them and not get confused. Completing this should award you the Class Title at the end. If you did not receive it - you have not finished! Make sure you also complete the Heroic Weapons quest that pops up after the last quest of the campaign.
Start Legionfall Campaign @ Krasus' Landing in Dalaran. You can skip ahead and not do the scenario.
Grab the Champions of Legionfall quest from Maiev - if it is not available, you need to finish your CLASS campaign. You don't need to do any other quests in the zone.
Head to your Class Order Hall.
Take and complete the questline for the new champion offered to you. Important note: Infernal Phenomena quest is buggy/problematic. Once you get to it, make sure that you go slow. Melee each mob, with a pause in between. I let the mobs hit me first, before meleeing them slow one by one. One of them took a couple tries but I got it done in the end. If they go untargetable, then run away and mount, fly away, wait for them to reset, and they should become targetable.
Once completed, you might see a quest on the map in your hall, but you can't take it/find it - go to Legionfall in Broken Shore again, submit Maiev's quest, and you should be able to start your mount quest right there. The mount quest is picked up in Legionfall, but it can take a second to load in. If you are not seeing it, try relogging.
Do the quest to obtain your mount. This will unlock all mount options that exist.

The shaman's unique Class Hall rewards are:
Farseer Title
Farseer's Raging Tempest (Mount)
Snowfang (Pet)
Lava Fountain
Several toys sold by Flamesmith Lanying

Congrats, you are done! Some rewards may require extra effort, but all are available to get after these steps.
