has added many new secrets and achievements, and an achievement chain that has gathered the attention of players recently are the two Secret Fish achievements, which awards the fun toy
Oceano Ultra Compresso
. In this post, we will go through all the steps to obtain this toy!
Pesce Segreto di Meccagon
The first part of this achievement requires you to obtain 10 unique-named fishes scattered around Mechagon, and turn them in to
Danielle Lancialenza
. You need to fish them in different areas of Mechagon, and each fish can be turned in for 1 point in Kul Tiran/Zandalari Fishing, as well as 25 reputation with the
Resistenza di Bullonaccio
. You do not need to have done any quests with Danielle Anglers to start fishing the secret fish. Upon completing this achievement, you will receive the
Occhiali dei Pesci Segreti
goggles, required for the next achievement.
You can get a total of 250 extra reputation with
Resistenza di Bullonaccio
every day
by fishing these fish, so this is a good way to squeeze some extra rep if you're still farming for

The secret fishes in Mechagon have a low chance of being caught, and you can catch them in these specific areas:

Barbo Dentellato
can be fished anywhere in the coastal area of Mechagon;

can be fished by the Heaps area, right where the sludge pipes dispense sewage towards the ocean;

can be fished by the two ponds in the outside area of Scrapbone Den;

can be fished by the Heaps area, in the pond where

Pesci segreti e dove trovarli
This is where the hunting truly begins. The
Occhiali dei Pesci Segreti
gives you a buff that lasts 1 hour. Every 25 to 30 seconds, a fish will spawn (even if you're not in water) somewhere around you. You can tell when a fish spawns by turning in-game sounds on, each time a fish spawns you'll hear a bubble sound.
The fish will be encased in a bubble, and clicking on it will loot the fish for you. Most of the time, you will receive a fish that can be fished in the area, but you will sometimes receive a rare-quality fish! This achievement requires you to loot all 30 secret fish that can be found with the Secret Fish Goggles. Upon finishing this achievement, you will receive the
Oceano Ultra Compresso
toy!
However, this achievement is not as easy as simply standing in one place and hoping to get all fish in one area. Several secret fishes will only spawn in very specific areas, or very specific conditions. Below, we'll list where each secret fish can be found:

These fish can be caught at any zone, but only appear while you're dead, as a ghost.

Oceano Ultra Compresso
The
Oceano Ultra Compresso
is the final reward for the Secret Fish achievement. This toy summons a ball of water that you can fish from! The ball lasts for 15 minutes and anyone can use it to fish. A good perk of this item is that the fishing bobber will always land in the same place, making for a very relaxed fishing experience.
