This set uses the reddish-brown (officially "Red") variant of the "Horde B1 Cloth" artwork and forms a complete six-piece set of the art.

There isn't any artwork for the head and shoulders in this set. While there are "Sanguine" shoulders they use unrelated art and so aren't listed here. Just pick whatever you like as there's no "perfect" matches.

There are three other colours of this set in the artwork database, and all are available as complete six-piece sets. See:

White: Sanguine Regalia (Recolor)

The sanguine pieces have no recorded drop outside Kalimdor and its dungeons. And should therefore be classified as a continent drop

Not a very widely used term, but some uncommon or better random drops are actually restricted by continent.

Also the pieces have no recorded drop from chests or lockboxes. In or outside Kalimdor.

The word sanguine have little special meaning in World of Warcraft. It's sometimes used to describe a blood color. For example during the Siege of the Sanguine or with the Spirito Sanguigno.

Due to the shared name, armor type, loot type and item level I feel it's appropriate to group together all sanguine items even if some doesn't belong in the transmog set.
