You can find the Pugilist's Prize at different locations in Revendreth.
Around the treasure are some pugilists in a circle who will attack you when you enter the circle.
Defeat them and grab the prize.

You can find this Premio del Pugile in the middle of the Catacombs of Repentance.

You can start at the flight master Corriere Rehkaash and then go west down to the Catacombs of Remorse.

Found then fighting but no treasure bag on center. I figured it out that the tresure is only available when the "Defend Revendreth" calling is up.
