Dentone is a clefthoof at 52, 44 in Outland's Nagrand, just south of Garadar, that was added in Patch 10.2.5.

Every 5 minutes or so, a couple of Cacciatore di Grosse Prede will come out of the shadows and start to attack Dentone. Dentone will become enraged and once the attackers eventually are defeated he will stand neatly on the grass, and posing for the nearby amateur photographers. He also gets a little buff that makes his teeth sparkle, he's truly such a pretty boy!

As of writing this comment, 2024-02-06, there's no direct quest or objective for him but he's sure to show up in a future event or questline as he is level 70, along with the attackers and the photographers.
Edit: Today, 2024-02-07, a new quest called 'Getaway to Scenic Nagrand!' is part of the new Gala of Gaia-event and Dentones purpose have been discovered!

If you're an idiot like me, you're not taking pictures with the SELFIE camera. There's a quest item camera in your bag. I didn't see it since I have so many undone quests in my log and was going nuts trying to figure out why I couldn't get credit for this quest.

The Cacciatore di Grosse Predes around Dentone do way too much damage with their fire trap.
