J.J. "Il Leale" sells 6 items needed for Degustazioni locali, and is one of 9 vendors selling Birra Chiara con Patina for that achievement. Next door are 3 more vendors selling the same items in an open air waterside pavilion - Cameriere Vince, Cameriere Donlyuk & Comandante Langton.

For those with co-ords 53.00 18.41 will have you standing outside the door of the building (last door before the bridge).
For those without co-ords go to Tradewinds Market flight point and head down the stairs leading to Ashvane Docks. Turn right at bottom of stairs as you face Capitano Donnel and go past the gallows, following the road as it angles around to the left. You'll pass 2 red banners to your left and a small stable area/lumber yard on your right. The pavilion behind the Boralus Worker chopping wood is where the first three vendors ply their trade. The next door you come to (last before the bridge) is where J.J. "Il Leale" slings the drinks whilst leaning on the bar contemplating better days.

For those interested in the culinary arts have a chat to Patrick lo Chef while you are in the pavilion next door. He gives recommendations for food and drink matching that are related to the beverages sold in the venue. Nice little touch of life to the game methinks.
