The Grip must be attuned 10 times, but you get only 3 charges. You can't self-heal (healthstones, potions etc) as you're stunned while wreathed in shadowflame, and there's no way to recharge the salve. Healer hired for the job will most likely be the way forward, unless you have a helpful guildie to hand (arms warrior 800k health, died in under 7 seconds). Reading some of the other comments it looks like you can get more than one batch made, but that damn centaur only gave me one

As a Paladin - after activating the Quest Item - use divine shield and u got credit - do this 10 times and u´re done

As the new patch dropped in, you can zone on a follower's dungeon and they'll heal you through the process so you can do it alone

You cant die wile you enter on PVP. You can do this when you join at random PVP

FYI - Take off all of your gear before doing this. It's super easy to heal whether in a dungeon or having a friend help.

For some reason, Unguento Raffreddante Adattivo is still in my inventory, even though I finished Messa alla prova: Impugnatura di Spore Luminose Simbiotiche. I guess I should delete it?

As a DK, just pop AMZ and AMS before you click the grip, you'll survive each one
