Once combined you will create the item Chiar di Luna Concentrato, which you will use near the "Feral Dreamstone".
The "Feral Dreamstone" is in the "Emerald Dream" (41.67, 66.91) Located on the Ground.

After using it, a Artiglio Benedetto dalla Luna will appear where the Feral Dreamstone was, and if you use it, you will unlock a new Feral apparence in the barbershop.
