I just used it and I could not find anyway of getting out of bed or waking up. I had to use the 'character unstuck' ingame support option

Currently has a 20 minute cooldown and a 10 minute duration, so for those wondering as I did, you cannot have it up perpetually. Still gorgeous while it lasts, though! And for anyone having trouble with getting back out, check the left end of your stance bar for an 'Exit' button

At the end of the series, you will have Letto di Foglie Improvvisato toy.

If you leave the bed, it doesn't despawn, and another player can use it. Once they do, you can't use it again unless and until they leave it.
