Given this is such a cool looking customisation, I really do hope it's not just a glyph from inscription to get - but actually has some lore & story behind it.
... Same with the other forms.

That being said the forms look pretty great. Glad druids are getting some spotlight in the Emerald Dream patch, given the theme & all. ^_^

12 toons run, 5 Druids. Every single toon got a piece of gear, none of my Druids got anything. Didn't see a single drop for this skin in any of the runs today. This one might take a very long time to drop and I cannot even imagine what the drop rate is.

Drop rate is def very low, killed on 5 druids today and nothing but currency. No drop for anyone in the raid that i could see. I dont really mind, as the alternative would be literally everyone with it, but this is going to be impossible without dedicated farming, unless the drop rate gets adjusted. Enough crying and it might happen, and i can see people getting quite vocal about this one

Killed it on 5 drood, no loot, no form. Seems weird none of drood on my 5x raid got eighter form or loot aswell, is it bugged ?

I wouldn't do the world boss for now, it ~~doesn't seem to drop any loot~~ and no one confirmed the druid skin droping either.
The funny thing is they repeat the same bug that zaralek wb also had. I just don't know how they can design things so bad to even repeat the same mistakes.
Edit: It drops gear but in a strange way, they give you the loot directly in the bags and it doesn't show up in the chat, thats why i thought it was bug but still nobody got druid mark.

Killed it on all 13 of my level 70 druids. I didn't get this to drop, and for the most part just got purple seeds. I did get the twice (and for the record, you can't trade it, nor vendor it) and I also got 2 pairs of boots (funny enough, got them both with the Visage). Not clear what the secret ingredient is to get this to drop.

This was auto-looted to my bags with no toast pop-up notification. Almost missed that I had looted it. Be sure to double check your loot after you kill him.

Is this supposed to be a low droprate? I ran it on one druid and it dropped in 2 kills.

I don't see a droprate % so I can't tell.

I JUST GOT IT!

It does not pop up on screen as gear does. I only noticed the item in my chat. Checked my bags and there was the item for it. Good hunting to everyone!

I got this today on the weekly reset! I should note this is the ONLY Mark drop I've gotten from any of the rares (Keevah, Cian, Ristar, etc) despite camping and killing them daily (and Aurostor weekly).

I got this yesterday, 3 druids took only 6 tries. I feel like they increased the drop chance. Now lets hope they do that with the other forms too.

It dropped for me, I learned it and even at the barber shop it said I had a new form. Yet it's saying locked. Anyone else have this problem? Or is there something else to do?

I got this today on my 12th attempt. I had the druid loot spec set to Guardian - as its a guardian druid appearance. Not sure if that effected anything but thought I'd mention it just incase.

I boosted a Zandalari Troll Feral Druid to level 70 with the enhanced boost that has ilvl 424 gear. I killed the world boss and didn't even notice that this had dropped until i was back in Dalaran. It doesn't popup on the screen or anything like a rare drop.

I have 3 druids I have been doing this every week since it came out on, I have had a pair of gloves drop once, and the helmet transmog drop. thats it for over a dozen attempts. Really frustrating, I honestly just said screw it and got the felbear from the mage tower for now, at least with that its just simple skill based aquisition instead of RNG, as my RNG has never been good.

Got it my 3rd attempt this week!
I had been doing it on 7 Druids (I have one of each race) weekly and it dropped for me this week :)
My loot spec was set to Guardian if that helps.

Got this one aswell on week 7, two druids but this dropped on my main. As others have said, this does not pop in loot window as normal drops do so I didn't even realise first that it dropped.

Chase over with this form, now if Cian would co-operate with me as nicely..

Had this drop on alt druid today. I have been running every week on 3 druids.
I joined a group seconds before completing, was able to tag, then poof drop in my bag.

I main guardian druid. Once a week I down this boss, but no luck. Last night I chose to lvl a druid to double my chances each week. Maybe I'll get it before Dragonflight is old content.

I named my new druid Runebearplz.

8 hours later I ding 70. I get to go to the Emerald Dream, and I start looking for a group. Not much happening, but eventually I find one. We down the boss.

Runebearplz has received Mark of the Hibernating Runebear.

After several attempts over the many weeks, including having multiple Druids. I finally got my mark and I couldn't be happier. Love the look and I hope they intend to add more. Considering the option is "yellow". Wouldn't mind seeing the purple one and fire one added. I wish you luck if you haven't gotten yours yet, don't give up, keep trying and I hope you the best!

Finally dropped for me today after weekly reset. I have only one druid, but I was running it every week from the introduction of Aurostor as world boss. Now I am a little bit torned if I should use this vissage or the Fel Bear. Time will tell, which one suits my personality better :)

I have done this boss on 8 druids, every week. All in tank spec with loot spec set to tank.
Nearly every group has at least 8 druids.

Not one drop in almost 10 weeks. Nobody, not just me. Nobody is getting it in any of the groups I run, even on non druid characters, nobody gets it.

The droprate on this must be trying to take a run at Invincibles Timewasting Record. 13 characters, every week for nearly 8 years to get Invincible.
I shouldn't have to take MONTHS to get just a visual appearance for my bear form. As cool as it is, I think I have to just give up. It's not worth the stress and disappointment every time It doesn't show up for me or anybody else in 10 weeks.............

Does anyone know if this has anything to do with your set loot spec? Can you only get it with loot spec set to guardian or has anyone gotten it without loot spec on guardian?

I got this in the mail as likely my bags were full. My loot spec is on balance, i also killed it while balance too.

As for the drop rate, it’s not precisely documented, but based on player experiences and observations, it appears to fall within the range of 15% to 25%

So glad they made this a negative % drop chance, guess you need druid alts to kill the world boss if you realistically plan on getting it sometime this expansion :D

Are we sure the drop rate on this hasn't been adjusted or did I just get extremely lucky? I was in a group for Aurostor today (obviously on my druid alt) and I got it first try. I haven't touched my druid at all this expansion, until now.

I don't know what week we are on now but I have run this boss, unerringly, with my Main every week and have yet to see this drop. I'd say that it isn't in the game but I've seen others in my group get it. The rate needs to be buffed because this is disheartening.

Just started farming these and it looks like this is going to be a....bear....of a time to get.

update: leveled 4 more druids to a total of 6. this took about 10-12 tries and dropped on my 6th druid attempt this week.

P.S. I hate that it's a weekly & not daily attempt.

I am not sure exactly when I got the Hibernating Runebear or how, but it just randomly showed up in my invo. I don't remember getting a message I had gotten it. I had also just checked my invo the night before reset and it wasn't there. I discovered it right before I had even done the world boss on the druid who had it.
