The Cuoio Illanguidito is used to repair a Lamented piece of gear. The Cuoio Illanguidito is obtainable tru work orders. You get the Lamented Crusader from Zackett Spaccacrani Inside Naxxramas. (and he needs to unlocked first) This will turn the piece into a Desecrated piece of gear. After that you need to purify it by using Trama Filatterica.

The Trama Filatterica are sold from Zackett Spaccacrani Inside Naxxramas. The price is 2000 gold each. This is the most expensive part of getting tier 3. You will need a total of 1400 Trama Filatterica to craft a full tier 3 set. You can of course skip some stuff like fx bracers. This means it is a whooping 2.8 million gold in vendor mats alone.
