The mount just dropped for me from this bag, which you receive repeatedly by getting to 12/12 on the event. It was maybe my 8th time opening one of these so this mount can be farmed on a single character, instead of only having four chances per week as some have suggested!

Beni Sgraffignati del Ricercatore Indebitato (50 Loamm rep, ~25 Flightstones, 30 Supplies) is for every other 12/12 completion and this doesn't seem to be tied to the week, but instead to the other reward. When you've forgotten to open last week's bag and complete another event in the new week, you'll get the Scrounged Goods.
