When consumed, the Rocce con Ghiaccio casts the buff Rocce con Ghiaccio on you for 20 min and turns you into a Drogbar.

In order too get Brul from the chest that Brullo drops after you kill him you have to have a certain food to eat before you open up the chest but after you kill Brullo...its called, Rocks on Rocks...the recipe can drop from the chest from Brullo or you can find the food on the AH to buy...I got the pet today earlier on my druid ...it was the 3rd try using the food after we killed Brullo...again you eat the food after you kill Brullo not before....if you eat the food before it gets cancelled when you enter the fight.

Okay! here's what I've gathered: (also testing my theories on Brullo il Forte)

--->> DEFEAT HIM IN THE RING!
--->> MUST be 5 people tagging ONLY (so party or if you are not in party count to see how many ppl are tagging Brullo il Forte. It's silly, i know, but the chest was lootable each and every time when its less than 5 ppl tagging and defeated in the ring)
--->> Eat the Rocce con Ghiaccio at 5% (try not to get hit or tagged by Brullo il Forte JUST to be safe)

so with my experience, i have joined those ZC rare farming raids, tagged Brullo il Forte, defeated him in the ring but since it was a raid, OBVIOUSLY more than 5 ppl were tagging him, but the chest either never spawned or no one can loot. I also was outside of any raid nearby or party and although we defeated Brullo il Forte in the ring, no one was able to loot either. After i solo Brullo il Forte with 2 others (one in party with me and one outside of the party) the chest was there and it was lootable.

Getting Brul (through my experience): I didn't know if to eat the food (Rocce con Ghiaccio) shortly after defeating Brullo il Forte or seeing the chest spawn, mouse over to see if its lootable, if yes, eat the Rocce con Ghiaccio THEN loot or not. I didnt want to waste the Rocce con Ghiaccio if the chest doesnt spawn or isn't lootable lol so i tested it in every way:

- eat Rocce con Ghiaccio shortly after defeating Brullo il Forte (as in NOT waiting for the chest to spawn; chest spawned, it was lootable) got my very own Brul (with just 3 of us defeating him; no raid)
- eat Rocce con Ghiaccio shortly after confirming the chest spawned, mouse over to check if it was lootable (it was), ate the Rocce con Ghiaccio, THEN looted. no Brul.

now, NO PROOF IF Brul IS 100% doing ANY of these process, just sharing my experiences. Others might have their own luck and experiences BUT i got my Brul in this order:

I joined someone's group who was wanting to defeat Brullo il Forte only. It was party (not raid). It was just us two with one more outside (confirming my theory that it was just us three tagging Brullo il Forte, no one joined, tagged, or even showed up for the chest to spawn and loot) before Brullo il Forte got to 2% health, and he was still in the ring, i quickly ate one Rocce con Ghiaccio, and stood back to be sure he doesnt hit me to lose my transformation (turning you into a Drogbar) lol a few seconds after the chest appeared, it was lootable, and got my very own Brul then and there.

I've farmed this NPC on 5 different toons, all lvl 70s, with PLENTY of chests not spawning and chests not being able to be looted, so I've had plenty of trial and errors to come up with these theories. So far they've been true minus my luck/RNG lol

UPDATE: (May 16, 2023) attempted to do this on a lvl 60; only 4 or 5 of us were tagging, defeated in the ring, but -no- loot.
UPDATE 2: (May 17, 2023) in a party of 5, and i THINK i saw a horde tagging with us. Defeated in ring, ate the food at 4%, looted my second Brul but the many times i joined ZC rare farming RAIDS I avoided wasting time fighting the rare because from my many experience, Brullo il Forte drops the chest but it can -never- be looted. So if you are in a large rare-farming raid just avoid Brullo il Forte until you are alone or with 5 other players.
UPDATE 3: (May 19, 2023) ***CONFIRMED*** RAID is a big no no, even if its JUST 4 people tagging; 5 people in total were there to tag and defeat the rare in the ring. I was in the raid of 4 ppl tagging the rare... the person who was out of the group got to loot while the rest of us in raid didn't.
