This recipe was added back in Patch 10.0.5. You can obtain this recipe by traveling to Razorfen Downs and heading to the Murder Pens section of the dungeon, which is between the 1st and 2nd boss. In the middle of the area, after walking up the ramp, you'll find a lootable satchel called "Henry's Handbag" hanging below the vine, which contains Borsa di Henry and Ricetta: Tè di Orospino.

He just left his handbag behind.
In Razorfen Downs/Murder Pens hanging from the huge root arc.
You can get multiple copies of the recipe which can be passed to your alts or sold.
The 10 slot bag is BOP.

Go Up the ramp into the room with the hogs penned up, past the Murder Pens. There will be one pen with hogs, one with a dead kodo (and some grave moss). Exit the cave with the dead kodo and look up to the right a little. Henry's bag will be hanging on a curved thorn branch. It's dark brown. Sorry for co-ord users, there are none in the dungeon. If you look at your map the right place is just below the "S" in The Murder Pen"S".
