This one-time knowledge treasure can be found in Concord Observatory, the Waking Shores. It's north from the Rubly Life Pools FP, a bit far away but still. It's high up where there's pillar like buildings. Should see it on minimap when you're close.

Coords are 55.99, 44.88

You need to pick up 4 different items mentioned in the notes in front of the rocket. Ashes are in the same building as the rocket, other 3 items are in the bigger building across the open area. Then go back to the rocket and you can pick it up. I had to relog though in order to pick it up. I reported it, so if it's not fixed when you're reading this, try relogging.

For simplicity of updating posts about other one-time knowledge items, I'm going to just update This Post and you can check all the knowledge items we've found so far.

You can safely destroy the items you picked up to loot this treasure - Ash, Boom Fumes, Durable Crystal and Aerospace Grade Draconium.

The Ash, unlike the other three items, does not get highlighted. It's in three tiny little piles near the back of the room on the floor, between one of the corners of the red carpet, and a pile of rubble by the back wall.

Important notes for this treasure: you MUST read the note on the floor near the rocket in order to be able to see and loot the ash in the same room - the 3 other items in the building across from the entrance to the rocket room can be picked up and are highlighted without having to read the note. Some people saying the ash respawn is on a timer - it is not, it will appear and be lootable right away after reading the note. As of 30/11/2022 however the rocket can still be bugged after picking up the items and will require a /reload or a relog in order to be actually looted.

As it was mentioned, the ash spawns inside the room. It is around 55.92, 45.28 and it is very small and hard to miss.

The ash that you need is NOT highlighted. It looks like 3 small gray stones between the pile of rubble at the back of the room and the tip of the red carpet. I spent hours here thinking its on a timer, its not. It's just incredibly hard to see. It looks like part of the ground

if you are confused like I was, other three items are not in the building across, but the building to the right more. 57,44

Wow this was weird.

First you need to read the note on the floor (in front of the Purple Rocket) in one building. It's the southern tower @ /56.0 44.9m

Then you can go to the tower on the north side (/57.8 44.4 with the dragons and the brooms) and on the ground floor there is the three stones which are now highlighted and easy to find. They weren't highlighted until I read the note.

Then back in the original tower there is meant to be Ash on the floor - this is a collection of three grey one grey rocks. I picked up one of these and then had to /reload about 4-5 times. I was hoping for more Ash to turn up, but then I noticed the Rocket itself was now clickable.

Not only did I get the +3 Engineering points, I also got +15 Artisans Mettle. Very nice.

To easily see the 3 piles you need to loot, you can turn of your Hud, that will make the Ash sparkle and clearly visible!

In case someone like me isn't able to even read the note you MUST first level up you profession to 25. Hope it will help.

Click on the note next to the rocket to gain the Elenco dei Materiali per il Razzo di Boomthyr buff which allows you to gather the 4 items needed to loot the rocket for Razzo di Boomthyr:

Cenere: inside the same room as the rocket between the red carpet and some rubble (it looks like 3 tiny stones)
Fumi Esplosivi: inside the round house at 57.44 (you can't really miss it)
Draconium di Grado Aerospaziale: inside the round house at 57.44 (you can't really miss it)
Cristallo Doppio: inside the round house at 57.44 (you can't really miss it)

If you have all 4 items and still can't click the rocket do a quick: /reload

After you looted the rocket you can safely delete the 4 items.

After I gathered all the things I had to fly away from the zone and then come back to get the rocket to be shiny. Hope that helps someone!

Sorting through the comments here was really frustrating even though its such a simple quest. You need to click the note and gain a 10 minute buff, then click the ash(same room at 56 44) then go for the Boom Fumes, Draconium and Crystal.

56.12, 44.84 inside the building click on the note in the front of the room, the ash is in the back.

57.56, 44.36 inside the big round building is the draconium/crystal/fumes all should be shining easy to see.

Go back to 56.12, 44.84 the first building and click on the rocket and you're done.

I didn't even know there was a rocket visible. There's nothing propped up on the wall by the note. Relogging didn't help and I have all four items. I think it's bugged on my end.

I was hoping, without hope, that this was going to be a Rocket Recipe. Sadly disappointed.

The rocket was not showing up for me until I read a comment below and realized that I also need to pick up Ash in the same room, not just the 3 items in another building. As soon as I collected Ashe (I had the other 3 already), the rocket appeared near the note. Remember, there are 4 components necessary after reading the note. I will copy/paste it here:
1. Ash: inside the same room as the rocket between the red carpet and some rubble (it looks like 3 tiny stones)
2. Boom Fumes: inside the round house at 57.44 (you can't really miss it)
3. Aerospace Grade Draconium: inside the round house at 57.44 (you can't really miss it)
4. Durable Crystal: inside the round house at 57.44 (you can't really miss it)

ok, the rocket is about the size of a mailbox. I was looking for some giant mount-sized thing.

The letter shows up on your mini-map as a 'treasure'.

/way The Waking Shores 56.0 44.9 Boomthyr Rocket

You need 4 items. Ash is 3 small rocks in back corner of the same room.

The remaining 3 items are in the 'inn' shaped room. All downstairs by the fireplace and one on the counter. They all glowy light up.

Collect all 4 items and return to the 'letter'. The rocket is now glowy.

Moderately annoying: I'm sure I've completed this treasure but the in-game treasure finder keeps pinging it.
