I did this achievement on my warlock, and for the Enchant Boots - Plainsrunner's Breeze you must have the lowest quality enchant. Also, when I went to turn in the Primal Molten Greatbelt, Jhakan Khan required me to turn in a Fire-Blessed Greatsword (item level 200). I essentially wasted one of my sparks to obtain the belt. So this might be different for each class.

You DO NOT NEED Primal Molten Greatbelt.
You need Fire-Blessed Greatsword.

You don't have to buy the Horn o' Mead from the Nokhud vendor, ( and go through all that rigamarole of getting the Nokhud disguise. People were selling it below the purchase price on the AH. So check that first and save yourself half an hour of grinding.

Does this hearthstone work alongside the original hearthstone? As in, can I set one location to this and another to the original?

Interestingly, this hearthstone toy is completely silent when used. I'd expect some sort of sound effect at least from the wind, so it seems bugged to me.

I found out the hard way that you have to do this all in one go with the blessing. So you can't log out and try again later if got the wrong item or 2.

Edit: I opened a ticket and I just found it in my inventory and I learned it, but I don't have a word back from an actual GM yet so my ticket wasn't actually answered because they gave me a basic response that was automatic the first time. So I did get it!
