I just received this. Having 360 ilvl, I received:
Primal Chaos x2
Dragon Isles Artifact
Dragon Isles Supplies x50
Wyrmforged Gauntlets Ilvl 369 gloves.

Maybe you receive items 9 ilvl higher than what you have.
I currently have 316 wrists that I can't get rid of, which is pulling me down - I should have upgraded those before opening this.

Just did this. No chest. Nothing where the boss was, nothing at the people standing outside the door congratulating you, nothing at 27, 68.

LOL I got this standing around fishing in a lava pool - Boss kept running dialog - steps kept showing up in my quest log. Boom next thing I know I got the strongbox with a item level upgrade.

I Aiutare l'Accordo - This quest is weekly. You need collect 4000 repoutation. Reputation can be collect from WQ, simple Quests, Events on map which are giving reputatnion and ect.
Reward: Tesori di Valdrakken: 500 rep for all main fractions, 5 Caos Primordiale Esaurito, 150 Rifornimenti delle Isole dei Draghi and Composizione Celestiale Vibrante 353ilvl.
After You done this quest In next Week You can get other simular quest. In total is 5 Weekly Quests but You will get only 1. Reward from all of them are same.

Weekly Quest List is on botom of comment.

Even if you don't have lvl 70 You will be able to pick them all.

Weekly Quest List - Every week You will get 1 of this Quests:

1. Aiutare l'Accordo - This Quest is first all the time due to Quest chain. But in late You will need to colllect only 3000 Reputation.

2. Aiutare l'Accordo: Forte del Flagello dei Draghi - You need to collect 3000 of any reputation + You need to finish Assedio al Forte del Flagello dei Draghi.
Assedio al Forte del Flagello dei Draghi is unlock at 5 renown with Accordo di Valdrakken, at 5 renown small dragon will appear next to you and will give you quest Al Forte del Flagello dei Draghi!.
Assedio al Forte del Flagello dei Draghi is start every 2 hours to join even You just need to fly /way 30.59 78.35, and just wait until event will start, when You finish this Even Objective for quest will be done as well You will get Forziere del Forte del Flagello dei Draghi ( only from first one in week after next one You will get Forziere del Forte del Flagello dei Draghi )

3. Aiutare l'Accordo: un banchetto per tutti - You need to collect 3000 of any reputation + You need to finish Banchetti della Comunità ( but not even only task during event ).
Banchetti della Comunità is unlock at 3 renown with Tuskarr di Iskaara and is repeats many times a day. To take place in order Fly to /way 13.59 48.59, After start it You will get task to do, after 10 sec will ask You to get 3 Acciuga You can pick them up /way 12.98 48.81, behind Arv. When You get 3 go back to POT and use Extra spell bar to throw Acciuga, After You done this activity You should finis objective for Quest. You dont need to finish Event to get count objective for quest.

4. Aiutare l'Accordo: la caccia è aperta - Will up date when i will have Quest.

5. Aiutare l'Accordo: la chiamata delle isole - Will up date when i will have Quest.

If you don't want to use Tama's Helper to know if you did the Siege of Dragonscale Keep this week, you can use the script:

/run print(C_QuestLog.IsQuestFlaggedCompleted(70866))

It returns "true" if you looted Dragonbane Keep Strongbox (the item in this page);

Some comments are using the ID 71210, but it is for the quest To Dragonbane Keep!.
