This can be gathered from Fronda di Erba Gatta in Ohn'ahran Plains at /way 66.50, 53.47. There are several nodes scattered around the area that give you Foglia di Erba Gatta when looted. Gather five and throw them at the Predatore Vivace that's playing with a grub in the same area. It will drop a lootable pile on the ground that contains Sorpresa Setosa.

Once you've picked up the Silky Surprise pile, the catnip leaves are no longer interactive. If someone else has brought the pile up and you were able to get it, they will become inactive as well so any left in your bags will just be taking up space. With a lot of chaos going on (busy servers see this), it's hard to remember if we picked it up or not, but I'd say if the catnip leaf is not interactive, then it's probably safe to delete the ones in your bag!
