Quests in order I done:

1a. Compito per casa: "Analisi di comportamento" - Interact with 3 Draghetto Dormiente: /way 42.53 79.37 /way 42.35 82.59 /way 43.52 84.97. Then Report back to questgiver using all conversation options.
1b. Ricerca gastronomica - Slay Bestia dei Fiumi Grassottella until loot Carne di Bestia dei Fiumi Squisita, drop rat is around 10-20%.
3. Ricerca segreta - Wait few sec. and press on Cassa degli Esploratori wait 10-15 sec then speak with Iyali then wait another few sec.
4. Identificare la fonte - Slay Trakhan 44.53 80.54
5. Una mano esperta - Collect 5 Fior di Sole they are monitor by Eltie with almost 1M HP xD You need flying to get to them. Use Fear or stun to pick up ( or wait xD ) and run xD. Location:

6. Mettiamo in pratica la teoria - press on Proto-Draghetto Ferito then speak with Tyrgon and give him a name ( Bob) after that storyline will finish.

It just has a somewhat low drop rate, around 11%, it drops eventually. I had to pull 3 big packs to get it.
