This beast feels like an early BiS trinket for tanks. Massive Stamina boost, and an auto-shield trigger at 50% that ALSO damages enemies? Sheesh!

As a tank, I have been running Alba degli Infiniti with a 441-ilevel version of this trinket. Its "Inexorable Defense" contributed to 2.8% of my self-healing or 639 HPS. Its "Counter Resonance" contributed to 0.3% of my damage or 141 DPS.

I tested (a 421-ilevel Risonatore Inesorabile) trinket with a Mythic+15 Neltharus run. Its "Inexorable Defense" contributed to 3.2% of my self-healing as a tank or 698 HPS. Its "Counter Resonance" contributed to 0.3% of my damage or 138 DPS.

So I got this and the Dreadplate from the first boss of raid, dreadplate is far better.

This item at 411 iLVL gives a 48K shield and some damage, when you drop below 50% health, the dreadplate can be used when needed and gives movement speed, some damage, and at 415 iLVL damage reduction overall equal to 200K, effectively a 200K shield.

Dreadplate damage is 18K each time a plate ruptures for a total of 90K damage. This one stats high change to rupture for 11K, assuming it procs one per 2 seconds, that's 66K damage only. Not worth farming, it's really not that good.

Considering how long this turd has been in the game and have not been buffed tells me that it was suppose to be absolute garbage by design.

Came to confirm that this trinket exists and does drop. Took no less than 20 confirmed kills, and for Druid Guardian at that.

I stuck with it for the principle and an exercise in discipline. Also, 20 confirmed kills feels like 50. So if you think you've farmed this instance a lot, you probably haven't. If you feel like you could maneuver your big bear butt backwards through a land mine - then you're close to 20.
