The Svolazzina Verdeggiante is obtained by reaching Renown 25 with the Spedizione delle Scaglie di Drago.
It has a small chance to drop from Zaino dell'Esploratore della Spedizione after reaching the Renown requirement.

I can confirm this drops from Expedition Scout's Pack. Took me about 25 bags after hitting Renown 25, so I wouldn't put the drop chance at very high.

Obtained after 95 expedition packs. Definitely not high but plenty of renown/other items gained.

I'm seeing/hearing about 1-2% for this one thus far; I myself finally hit renown 25 tonight and after about 35-40 expedition packs it dropped. Still a little grind but not as bad as say a less than 1% situation and you can shard hop/toggle WM for consistent farming.

Recommendation:
Do not have any shovels in your inventory for digging if you are specifically hunting this after unlocking it. I know you will be missing out on some dirt spots, but any way to clean up your mini map of non-priority treasure markers will help with hunting down packs.

Now if only you could hide/disable those Tuskarr Tackleboxes... =/

Looted it from ~20th oppened Expedition Scout's Pack, right after reaching maximum renown with Dragonscale Expedition.

I finally hit rank 25 with Dragonscale Expedition a week ago and started farming this mount this week. It only took me about an hour of flying around (approximately 25 chests) before I received it.

I wish the Colossal Wraithbound Mawrat had a similar drop rate which I have still yet to receive from Zereth Mortis.

I didn’t know this mount even existed. I’ve looted about hundreds if not a couple thousand of these packs and never got it until now. So from DF launch to 03–08-23 is how long it took. I’ve been playing on about 7 toons. Idk the drop rate, but green is my favorite color. I’ve had max renown forever. My birthday was on 03-06 so I guess this is a late bday gift.

Not sure if this will help anyone but you can farm these in other zones other than Waking Shores. Through my farm I didn't realize this until I went into another zone on accident, and I found that there were way more in Onhahran Plains.

oh... well i didnt know that those packs could contain a mount after hitting max renown with the expedition, i been kinda ignoring them after maxing out, i guess now i got a reason to grab them again.

I got this today fairly quickly. Biggest problem is most of the drop are Tuskarr Tacklebox instead of Expedition Scout's pack.

I went to Ohn'ahran Plains and flew away from the river areas to get the best luck. I only took me about 15 packs to get the mount.

I had no idea you could even get a mount from the scout's expedition packs. This was a nice surprise when looting one today. Have probably looted hundreds of these over the course of the expansion so far.

Got it on my 3rd Zaino dell'Esploratore della Spedizione after reaching 25 Renown, which goes to show that it's not as rare as some of the other mounts. I can recommend Ohn'aran Plains as probably the best area because it's open, relatively flat and easy to scout while flying.

Got back to the game after a break, needed flightstones for upgrades. Asked a friend and he said 'anything, even disturbed dirt give you those'. Grabbed a shovel from the camp, dug a dirt up and got this bad boy. Keep swingin that shovel like ASAP Ferg, y'all!

Took about 100 packs before I got it, so it does drop, and the drop rate isn't extremely terrible.

I would highly recommend using the weak aura: https://wago.io/Ii_MTiF_p It changes the colour of the boxes so you don't waste time flying to the wrong containter. Magic-bound is blue, Tuskarr boxes are red and the scout packs are green so it's very easy to see which boxes are which.

Just got the Verdant Skitterfly from the Expedition Scout's Pack. in patch 10.2 wasn't lucky one to get low drop. not sure if they made it harder to get. 213 attempts.

This dropped for me today on my tailoring alt who got her reputation up with the Dragonscale Expedition to get the tent pattern. I was out with my wife collecting packs hoping for the items that give the profession points. We were heading back to Valdrakken and I noticed one last pack amidst all the tackleboxes. Looted it and saw the purple text. Thought it was a pet at first (which I should have known it wasn't since pets don't come in purple quality) then saw the mount. Super excited!
