If you have this item after you've finished all of 3 quests from Moving On (Chromie Time, Temporal Tuning, Temporal Two-ning), it's safe to delete it.

You can check this by typing this into your chat and clicking enter:
/run print(C_QuestLog.IsQuestFlaggedCompleted(66221))

If it says "false", you still need to complete the quests, if it says "true", it's safe to delete the item.

If you no longer have this item in your inventory, you can safely abandon the quest, then go back to present time and pick up the quest again. The percent progress on your quest will persist when you pick up the quest again. Also, you should have this item in your inventory once again.

Storyline in order i'm done:

1. A spasso nel tempo - Speak with 3 NPC: Soridormi 59.5 82.5, Siaszerathel 59.3 82.2, Andantenormu 60.2 81.7. Then Speak with Nozdormu wait until conversation finish.
2a. Verso il Futuro! - Use portal and speak with Soridormi
2b. Sintonia Temporale - Use portal and fly 47.8 40.8 then use under Flying dragons Cronocristallo.
2c. Resistenza tutt'altro che inutile - Inside portal after finish Verso il Futuro!. Heal 10 Combattente della Resistenza Ferito there are a lot of them lying on the ground.
2d. Prendere tempo - Inside portal after finish Verso il Futuro!. Kill mobs to get 30 Essenza Elementale.
6. Ritorno al presente - Use orange portal to go back
7a. Sinduonia temporale - Use portal and fly 61.7 61.8 then use under Flying dragons Cronocristallo.
7b. Verso il... passato? - Take the portal and speak with Andantenormu.
7c. Particelle di Murloc - Inside portal after finish Verso il... passato? Collect 12 Granulo di Temprgrlglr this are a orbs you just need to cross them. is above the fire
7d. Mugurlglrlgl! - Inside portal after finish Verso il... passato? Slay 25 small murlocs and 5 Big murlocs.
11. Alamurgl! - Jump on Salterino Murloc and use all skills to take down Alamurgl.
12. Ritorno alla realtà - Use orange portal.
13. Pronti... partenza... - Use orange portal.
14. Gara nel tempo! - Use have 3min 10 sec to get to portal 15.2 58.5 ( any one look what will happen if you will not get on time ? ). To move fast cross buff and avoid white circles that will slow you.
15. Il tempo di Cromie - Go to 53.3 44.2 and use Cronocristallo. CARE ON EYE !
16. Ritorno al futuro - Defend your allies until 100% then movie will start. After speak with Cromie ( is small NPC XD ) another movie will start, After You will get new dragon Dracobrado della Rupe.
17. L'avventura continua - Speak with Alexstrasza la Protettrice della Vita at the Seat of the Aspects in Valdrakken. Speak with him and after finish this Quest You will be able to do World Quests, Weekly Quest and Modalità Avventura.

I suggest the following string to know if it is safe to destroy Cronocristallo. Printing "true" means destroy:
/run x=C_QuestLog.IsQuestFlaggedCompleted;y=x(66039)and x(66029)and x(72519);print(tostring(y))
