There appears to be a hidden effect, so that if a player using Raccoglitore di Stelle Cadenti achieves 3 stacks of Stella Raccolta!, and a 2ed catcher is looking at the 1st catcher, the 2ed catcher will say the line: "<Name> is my star!" while also doing a begging (/beg) emote motion.
(For these conditions to be met, needless to say, a 3rd person that's using Lanciatore di Stelle Cadenti needs to be throwing stars at the 2 catchers)

For those that are confused as was I...

You can either be one flinging or one catching but not both at the same time. So pair up and one flings for 5 minutes or so and the other catches and then vice-versa. And it would be really really nice if Blizz would add a counter!

Can only be used outdoors, however if you activate it then go indoors you keep the buff. As long as the buff is active from using this your hands will have stars floating around them. The other toy makes your hands glow with blue orbs.
