This %^&*ing thing is currently bugged to where if you die with the Debuff that does 100% of your HP as a DOT, then the %^&*ing PHIAL doesn't reset and gives you the buff that gives you the crit.
You therefore have an empty Phial that does literally nothing, the only way to reset this atm is to Logout and back in, to get the buff back.
Please Report this so that Blizz can fix it in the next week or so instead of 2 patches because they are incompetent.

This seems to require a lot higher than 100% of your maximum health taken in damage, closer to 5x, sometimes more... which is fortunate, since maximizing Decayology does not reduce the damage taken from this phial's debuff, only the damage from Marcio Dentro, which occurs upon consumption and seemingly at random while a toxic phial is active. Both debuffs can occur simultaneously.

Anyone know how to guarantee this Phial at lvl 3?

Im just doing all the math and i can't get 450 skill points,, i need 5 more skill points to guarantee it but i don't know how to get them =(
