these drop from Mythic+ if you complete a keystone 16 or higher. Does not need to be timed, but completed.

For PvP folks Focus Primordiale Concentrato drops from Forziere del Contendente Vittorioso when you have 2400+ rating.

Didn't get a single from pvp box in 2400+ soloshuffle, it seems it doesn't drop for this bracket or i'm just super unlucky ( only droped Focus Primordiale for me )

I started getting it after collecting Primal Focus, that might have been the issue.

Easiest way to farm these is just by spamming level 16+ Keys Shadowmoon Burial Ground (Season 1 DF). I've done over 40 runs the last couple days (which was probably not the healthiest way and I feel like I need a WoW break or at least some time without this dungeon). About ~20 minutes per run, some groups are better, so a little bit over 3 hours for one 418 item. Still got 2 sparks, so I need another 20..

"Balancing" of this stuff over various content seems off. I don't play PvP, but when I read it's basically a super rare drop even on higher ratings, I question myself what Blizzard thought. I see myself as an average player and I don't think I'd ever be capabale to play PvP on a 2400+ rating, I think it's way harder than running a simple dungeon.
You also get these in VOTI Mythic. I do the first two Mythic Bosses in a PUG every week, and while I don't think they're super hard, they are also way harder than a SBG level 16 dungeon. Doesn't make any sense for me. I think the Mythic raid takes longer than 3 hours for a full run and even if you can complete this content, you get only 8 per week, so not even enough for one item.

So if you really want to have a safe way to farm these, just spam the keys. For PvP only players, just go with 4 friends if you don't have the rating to get instant invites. It's faster and you get the item, even if you don't make the timer.. (which is almost impossible in this dungeon, because you can wipe like 20+ times and still time this key).

Other quick sources are Court of Stars and Ruby Life Pools. While the last one seems odd (given the popularity and difficulty of this dungeon), if you have a group that knows how to play it, it can be super quick. CoS should also be a no-brainer, but I had mixed experiences with PUGs in this dungeon, while SBG rarely fails or takes long. Avoid longer / larger dungeons like HoV or Nokhud, they can take twice as long for one run and require more attention or "skill".

Currently, there is a bug when recrafting that may reduce your item's ilevel to 392. I had my recrafted 418 Unstable Frostfire Belt be reduced to 392 when I found it in the mail. Beware when sending recrafting orders: https://us.battle.net/support/en/article/327455

You will lose your Concentrated Primal Focus, too. Meaning you cannot request your item to be recrafted back up to 418. You will have to earn all that Concentrated Primal Focus again.

Just wanted to add that these don't seem tobe dropping in M+ anymore I just ran 4+20 intime and nothing at the end of the chest, Not sure if this is intended or a bug. Quite the disappointment to not be able to get these, I realise we are now going into S2 next week but any possible crafts you wanted to do upto 421Ilvl can't be done now.
