Geordy can drop from Globo di Effimero. I got after 2 trys.

Globo di Effimeros have a chance to contain unique battle pet Geordy. The Orb itself is created by weaving 15x Fili di Effimero together, a residual material you get from tapping discarded forges in Zereth Mortis.

When you tap forges on the lower level around the Forge of Afterlives, there's a chance to get a Tiara Cismetrica which is required to gain specific materials for the Disco Cismetrico quest starter item, but also seems to increase the chance for Fili di Effimero. Because of that I recommend keeping the Circlet and prioritizing forges in the mentioned region until you get your battle pet.

Just a heads up, this pet is soulbound when picked up, is not cageable, and is unique 1/1 when learned.

I got it from Globo di Effimero at first try.

It cannot be packed and sold.

There is a spot at 44.65, 51.97 that if you stand just right (in between and on top of the spheres) you can tap it infinitely.

Got it on 33rd orb.

For whatever reason, I was able to continuously extract the forge at 55.21, 65.64. I got my Essenza Empirea in 2 minutes there, then farmed Fili di Effimero to craft Globo di Effimero to obtain my Geordy (took 2 Globo di Effimero) and my Tuorlo Carico d'Animum (took 7 Globo di Effimero). Just use Zipolo della Forgia di Firim again when the purple disappears.

N.B. Essenza Empirea and Tuorlo Carico d'Animum are for Giramento di sfere.

How to farm this optimally (with exactly 3 seconds of the CD between casts):

Go to /way 42.12 57.26 Two small spheres
Stand on the spheres so you aren't on the ground.
Use yourZipolo di Scorta della Forgia di Firim when on the center of the bigger sphere. The bigger one should go blue.
Move about half way down the big sphere towards the little one and use your item there as soon as it is off cooldown. The little one should go blue.
The big one should not be blue anymore, so go to step 3.

Good farm spot is in the Provis Flora area east of the Forge of Afterlives.

Got it after insane 38 tries. I collect ephemera while on the daily quest and in raid. The pet show up on 3rd attempt after I left raid and return daily quest and start collecting with spare trap from Firim (non-quest version).

Don't be fooled by all these low drop comments, I'm well past 50 orbs and have not gotten this pet yet. I have gotten four provis cache keys thus far.

Update:

Took me another 13 orbs before it finally dropped. Ugh.

First speak with Firim to get Zipolo di Scorta della Forgia di Firim. Firim is located in cave 35,2 45,6. Or do it when WQ Materiali della creazione is up ( when you finish WQ but you will not do Achi don't wary now you cen get this item from NPC ).

Then Use Zipolo di Scorta della Forgia di Firim on Stone Orbs, You need to face them and is not working on all Stone Orbs, if You use item on Orb and nothing is happening just move to next one.

Main Reward from achivement is Trasportatore di Mortis but during it you can get Pocopoc Malvagio, Geordy or Chiave della Cassa di Provis to open treasure Cassa di Provis Chiusa.

6 attempts here. I was prepared for the likely 30-50 attempts, and was so surprised to see it this early, just a couple hours into my sphere survey. That said, I deserve it after casting over 5900 times to get Pond Nettle a few weeks earlier.
