Pass VIP del Semi Interrato takes you to the cellar that is active when you get the daily quest Verso l'ignoto, similarly, the other mushrooms Zaki sells, send you to the other locations from the Into The Unknown daily series.

Portobello Mordicchiato takes you to the cave available when the Gorm version of Verso l'ignoto is active, although it will be empty if the quest is inactive.
Portobello Grande takes you to the mushroom cave to kill Bagoom when his version of the Verso l'ignoto quest is active.
Portobello Salutare takes you to the cave full of scouring dustlet when that version of Verso l'ignoto is active, although it will be empty if the quest is inactive.
