This belt uses the "Gold" version of the "D5 Plate" artwork. Graphically it doesn't technically belong with the rest of the Hyperion set, but no artwork exists for a belt for the latter so this one was used.

The pieces that actually use the same artwork and colour of this belt are:

Head, Shoulders: none, artwork for these pieces actually doesn't exist in the database
Chest: artwork exists but it's sadly not available in the game :(
Wrists: Morlune's Bracer
Hands: Flameguard Gauntlets
Waist: Hyperion Girdle (the Hyperion Girdle artwork is actually from this set, not the Hyperion one)
Legs: Legplates of Blazing Light
Feet: Magma Tempered Boots

In addition there's a version of the gloves that use the same artwork and colour, but look rather different. They use the sleeve artwork for the top of the gloves: Heretic's Gauntlets.

There are three other colours of this set in the artwork database but only "Silver" is available in the game in a significant number of pieces. Again, the chest is missing:

Head, Shoulders: none, artwork for these pieces actually doesn't exist in the database
Chest: artwork exists but it's sadly not available in the game :(
Wrists: artwork exists but it's not available in the game.. They'd be hidden anyway.
Hands: Gloves of the Dawn, Stronghold Gauntlets
Waist: Girdle of the Dawn, Triad Girdle, Belt of the Ordained
Legs: Cloudkeeper Legplates
Feet: Boots of the Fallen Hero

The remaining two colours have only a couple of pieces available for each:

Aqua (officially "Blue"): Crocolisk Scale Vambraces, Boots of Avoidance
Pinkish-purple (officially "Purple"): Girdle of the Fallen Crusader, Chromatic Boots
