Storyline in order I done it:

1a. Erede legittimo - Speak with 3 NPC - 25 56.2 , 24.4 57.8 and 24.2 58.8
1b. Pretendente al trono - Speak with 3 NPC - 24.9 55.1 , 26.3 54.4 and 25 56.2
3. Lo stormo del carro nero - First Fly to 43.8 66.3 the nspeak with Sabellian and then escort them. When wagon will be destroy fly 57 67.3 is very high make sure You have vigor xD not like me xD.
4. L'Ultima Guardiana delle Uova - Wait until conversation will finish then go 61.5 68.7.
5. Un n-uovo futuro - Clean the are from grass and other things.
6. Protettrice della Vita al lavoro - Fly to Alexstrasza la Protettrice della Vita 62.3 73.

If you are in this situation:

You boosted a character to lvl 70 with the War Within boost, and want to unlock pathfinding by completing the Zone story quests. Then got to wrathion's gambit and skipped it thinking it will just save you some time doing these quests and you didn't get credit for it and now you can't start this chapter heres what worked for me:

First I relloged, this gave me credit for Wrathion's gambit.

Then I went to the Flying Master at Ruby Lifepools, and I could start this chapter from the quest "The Last Eggetender" every other quets before that was gone.
