Infinitea can be bought from Bartender Blob, who you can only see if you've used Melly's Metronographer+++. She'll loan it to you if you talk to her on the second floor of the Everywhen Inn after completing her questline.

Borrow a Metronografo di Melly +++ from Melly Teletone upstairs of the Eon's Fringe Inn (must have done her questline first), then use it near Barista Bob. Buy an Infinitè (30sec Duration, be quick) from Bartender Blob, go to and drink your Infinitè, there should now be an interact-able clock, click on it, it will spawn a rare Investi-gatore Temporale with 3.5m HP.

only dropped a grey trash item for me, but Orologio da Tasca dell'Investi-gatore exists in the files, possible rare drop, possibly not implemented yet.
(10.1.7 PTR now lists Investi-gatore Temporale as the source for Orologio da Tasca dell'Investi-gatore, but still unknown if its just a normal drop, or if something else is required to obtain it)

As of 7/31,Orologio da Tasca dell'Investi-gatore is now dropping correctly. Still might not be 100% chance however.
