A word of caution on calling these special elites for their loot, you must stay "still" while awaiting the channeling to be completed or you will lose the lure. I tried using the Arcane Dispelling Rune on the Spellsworn Ward and almost immediately after it was done, I moved away from the icon/alter (whatever it is) on the ground and this broke the casting as I am guessing it was not completed. It cost me the lure (which on my AH was close to 1k gold) so I learned a costly lesson on staying on one spot until the creature materializes.

Hope this helps those who may have itchy fingers :)
