Flurry Gloop can be found at 55.24, 30.54 in Thaldraszus. There will be three cauldrons and around the area will be three Docile Cub's. Put one of each cub in a cauldron and after you kill the third monster that spawns, you will get the Flurry Gloop.

As a note: we just did it with a priest (he was throwing the pups, they despawned when he picked them up) and after we killed the Goop only he was able to loot it, there was no loot for me. We were not in a group though.
EDIT: you dont even have to kill the Goop, the moment you throw the lust pup into the last cauldron the item will be given to you as a "personal loot" thing.

As an FYI - i just did this and it doesnt seem to matter which order you do them - Yellow spawned the Larger Hyena, Purple spawned the Goop and the Blue one just killed the pup. I did them in that order and i was given the Furry Goop automatically after the last pup insta-died - so its not related to having to kill a goop specifically. EDIT: Oddly enough, the Cauldron marker still shows on my minimap too (had a locked padlock on both prior and after using it)

in case any one wonders why it doesnt work fro low lvl character , mobs in the area seems to be bugged and dont scale with ur lvl , to do this u need 3 buff from each of cauldrons , u die u lose buffs , hope this help someone

Did I get enjoyment from killing the cubs? No. But in the pursuit of power sacrifices have to be made. The ends justify the means and all that.

If you're like my and don't use co-ords for whatever reason, it's in the Fetid Encampment in Thaldraszus. Imagine there's a line between the Algeth'era Waypoint marker on the map and the Wingrest Embassy flightpoint in the Waking Shores. This treasure is on that line, on a cliff overlooking the water.

In case someone else stands around brainfarting as I (and a couple other amazingly) did the other day:

You don't place the cubs on/in the cauldrons, you just right click a cauldron while holding a cup!

We where a fine bunch of nerds standing there admiring our cups neatly arrayed on the cauldrons though.

Well, I wish I had looked this up before flying out to the island. There's a difference between murdering enemies that can murder you back and dropping cubs in boiling cauldrons. I'll get that alchemical knowledge another way, thanks.

You need to find "Giocattolo Scartato" around the camp and right click the cauldron (1 toy for each cauldron)

As of 10.0.5 this Giocattolo Scartato replaced the Cucciolo Docile which rewarded Muco Peloso
Now, upon delivering 3 Giocattolo Scartatos to the colorful cauldrons you are rewarded with Caramella Saporita

Muco Peloso is seemingly unobtainable (needs confirmation)

With patch 10.0.5, it seems they've listened to the complaints about the ... problematic morality ... of mercilessly experimenting on your enemy's babies.

They've replaced the cubs with Discarded Toys, which function the same -- bring them to the cauldrons up to three times until you get the item.

You removed this item due to the fact that some f***ers simply cannot be adequate. As always, the loudest voices are the voices of the dissatisfied.
