Piantina Rinsavita Propagante requires 10 Conoscenza dell'Erbalismo delle Isole dei Draghi in the Coltivazione sub-specialization of the Botanica specialization of the Erbalismo profession for a chance to drop from any herb that is collected regardless of its empowerment state. When planted in Zolla di Terreno Fertile it will generate 4-7 herbs of random types but with no special empowerments; however they will drop a random assortment of Roused elements such as Ordine Stimolante. These extra herbs are shareable with anyone else who may be around to collect the herbs and have a chance to drop further seeds as well as Polline Infuso.

for some reason they sell for about 5k on EU AH... ez money. you don;'t get 5k worth of herbs and rousing elements off the seed

Steady 5k on AH (EU) but you get 1,5k worth of herb on average :D
