The Diario Parzialmente Distrutto item for the Tutte le facce della storia achievement can be found in the Waking Shores at the coordinates 23, 60. To reach the bookcase where the book is located, you need to go into the Vaults at 27, 61, also in the Waking Shores. Head down the stairs, and then take your first left. Continue until there's a room on your left side again, and enter that room. On the right side, there's a bookcase with an interactable book which starts the Ricordi rivissuti quest! I also submitted a screenshot of the book in the bookcase, hope it helps!

To collect Diario Parzialmente Distrutto you have to complete the first 2 quests: Stay a While and Memories.

You get Ricordi while/after complete Rimani per un po'.

To begin Ricordi go near Veritistrasz and Contemplazione Paesaggio.
Listen all stories from Dwarf until Ricordi appear.

You need to be level 68 to start the quest. However, you can loot the diary before reaching 68.

Run down the stairs, turn left and left into the first room. Then turn right and it's on the bookcase highlighted

i just went to the bookcase and no book, i haven't progressed Wrathions story line yet on the character i went there with. that may be a prerequisite for it to show up

Ive progressed both of these quests, and finished with campaign and everything, still this book isnt present for me :< idk what to do

For some reason I could loot this again but I can't get the quest again. Seems bugged that it would allow me to pick it up a second time.

If you looted the book and its tooltip says "This item begins a quest", but after trying to read the book (rightclick) you get the message "You have completed that quest", try the following console command (open the ingame "say" chat, paste the command, and ENTER):

/run print(C_QuestLog.IsQuestFlaggedCompleted(70268))

If the result is "true", you can delete the book, as you have already finished the quest from Veritistrasz.

Went here having finished Ricordi after complete Rimani per un po' and found no Diary, I am level 63 and have not started Wrathion quest line to come here yet. Will check tomorrow and also when I start Wrathion line to see if it pops up.

IN ORDER TO GET THE QUESTS, U WILL NEED TO SIT DOWN AND LISTEN TO VERITISTRASZ UNTIL HE GIVE U A QUEST "MEMORIES" i SPEND ABOUT 5 MIN LISTENING TO HIM

FOR ANYONE NOT ABLE TO SEE THE BOOK: I was struggling to figure out why I wasn't able to see the book and after a lot of frustration, I figured out that I had not actually fully completed listening to Veritistrasz's dialogue when sitting with him on the ledge at the ruby life pools. Once I did this, I was finally able to find the book and finish this quest! This might seem obvious to some but since the dialogue with him was optional and not needed to complete a quest, it ended up slipping right past me. I hope this helps anyone having the same issue!
