Bonus objective Il fantasma del Pescatore Tinnak popped up for me in the Vastità Azzurra at /way #2024 50.1 36.1

I had to interact with 3x objects (Canna da Pesca Rotta, , and are marked with a hook on your minimap) on the ground (do not leave the bonus objective's area while doing that, it will reset your progress) and with the last one collected, Pescatore Tinnak spawned and dropped the Fibra Marina Lacera.

How to get Arpione di Iskaara.

Earn Tuskarr di Iskaara Renown lvl 7.
Collect Punta d'Arpione near Arvik npc in Iskaara. I guess need to be in Iskaara to the coordinates work: /way 12.92 48.78
Collect Palo di Legno, can spawn around all Azure Span, check the icon in your mini map.
Get Fibra Marina Lacera from Pescatore Tinnak on the Bonus Objective Il fantasma del Pescatore Tinnak. /way 50.48 36.66 Fisherman Tinnak's Ghost
Speak with Tavio to craft Arpione di Iskaara in Iskaara. /way 12.84 49.18 Tavio.

I just tried doing this but the bonus objective wasn't up, I did however spawn the rare but he didn't drop the Tattered Seavine. So I'm assuming this is not a 100% drop chance?

Still bugged as of 9pm GMT, 01/12/2022 doesn't drop the item

Dropped 2/12/2022 from first kill, comments say it may not be 100% drop rate so don't know if its dumb luck but 7 dropped at once for me but could only loot the one with it being unique. also 0 renown with tuskarr, haven't unlocked the renown with them as i write this.

This is fixed as of today! Weird thing is, he dropped it like 10 times for me and I could only loot one. He also dropped 3 dragon customizations and a 369 item.

Edit: I got all the other ones via mail...

Anyone know of a fix?
So experienced the issue of getting 10 dropped.
Got rid of all but 1, now that 1 is gone & if I kill the Rare I cannot loot him, nothing in mail.

The angry ghost of Pescatore Tinnak drops Fibra Marina Lacera

Fly to Camp Antonidas (marked with a flight point). Fly over the ice wall and land on the frozen pond above it. This is the Upper Frostlands. You'll see Gelopugno, a large humanoid that drops gear. Pescatore Tinnak spawns nearby, close to some Verme di Lago Ghiacciatos.

To summon Pescatore Tinnak, you'll need to find three pieces of fishing equipment that belonged to him. You don't need coordinates to find the items. Stand in the middle of the pond and check the mini map. You'll see big blue and white fish hooks that mark equipment locations. They're arranged in a logical pattern. Two items are poles (a fishing pole and a harpoon). The third item is a broken net on a blue frame. All items sparkle.

When you have the 3 items, the ghost will materialize. He has more health than you, but it shouldn't be a problem. He drops Fibra Marina Lacera.
