For whoever needs to be aware, this replaces weapon buffs like Flametongue Weapon for an Elemental Shaman. I assume the same goes for Windfury for Enhancement Shaman.

Using Howling Runes appears to buff mastery on my character screen. That said, I'm fairly certain it's (insofar as I can tell, at least) purely a cosmetic bug, as the actual effect seems to correctly increase haste in gameplay.

As of Dragonflight, for an Elemental shaman Runa Ululante or Runa Ronzante is going to be your go to option, as Arma della Lingua di Fuoco provides absolutely NO benefit for the Elemental spec. It's advised that you completely remove Arma della Lingua di Fuoco from your bars, as using it will instantly overwrite a Runa Ululante/Runa Ronzante, effectively wasting it.

Anyone know where I can find the buff id for this, the tooltip id only shows the weapon id

Works on wands even though it says it cant be applied to ranged weapons

Can be used on weapons at any level. Indicates "Requires level 61" on your buff bar though.
